Great little vacation on a older ship. It was perfect for what we needed. we wanted to relax enjoy some shows enjoy the dinners and relax some more and we were able to do that. I also like that it being a older and smaller ship then the newer ships it didn't feel as crowded. Don't get me wrong the new ships are amazing but it was nice to not have to fight with 6000 other cruiser instead we just had to fight with about 3000 lol This ship will be amazing once it finishes with its refurbish.

Great from beginning to end. "Faster to the Fun" is a great investment and well worth it. Each and enjoy everything just know you'll need to diet when you get home.

This cruise was a gift to myself for my 50th Birthday. I had a good time on board the fun club did a great job. my dining room experience was not good we were given a 8pm time and were always the last table to be served every night oven getting done with dessert at or after 10pm. Often missing the on board shows unless we skipped dessert or ate some where else. I was told by my booking agent that my room would be made up for my birthday and nothing was done except for a discount for a photo and money off a spa. I was very disappointed.

The cruise itself was great. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions I had to ask.

My family (2 sisters, their families and my mom) do a trip together once a year. By far our favorites have been aboard Carnival cruises. This was our third and we are already planning one for next year.

We've been on this same cruise-4 times. We love that we can drive from Arizona. Carnival is always fun. We've talked about trying other cruise ships but I don't know if they would be fun, so we always cruise Carnival. We know what to expect and are not disappointed. Will be back next year.

We took our kids and grandkids on this cruise. It was geared for them, lots of fun things to do. If we were going just by ourselves we would have chosen another cruise line. Carnival really caters to young adults, families with children and family reunions on a ship.

This 7 day Mexican Riviera cruise was very nice.Although we opted for a balcony suite which gave us extra perks, everyone we spoke to enjoyed themselves no matter what travel class they chose. The entertainment and on-ship activities were good, the food didn't disappoint and the ship was clean (very important). It even had multiple hand sanitizer locations! The crew was very professional, pleasant and eager to help and that is not easy for people who spend months at sea trying to please guests.

We had a great trip and it was an awesome experience. I would recommend traveling on Carnival splendor. The customer service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend a balcony suite. The food is also very good. My kids really liked being on the ship and experiencing all it has to offer.

They sold us the items which were priced way higher than the stores outside and the customer support from EFFY is the worst. They do not know how to talk to their customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

This was a very relaxing cruise. We cruise with our adult children every summer. We enjoyed visiting the three ports. We felt safe during our excursion time. The food was delicious and the ship staff was great. The entertainment on the ship was not as good as in the past.

My wife and I share our birthday together and we where also sharing our 10 year anniversary. Thanks to the Splendor family, especially Rohan for making it so memorable.

Overall it was a good experience. For the price you pay it really is a good deal for all you get. Can’t speak highly enough for the waiters and stewards. Lots of great music onboard as well.

It was an ok experiance but I would fly on the next trip.

Overall we enjoyed our cruise and so did our 10 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed the slide, shows and pool and Bingo. We really enjoy this ship.
