Review summary

Cruise trip was fun and will be back again. The effy jewelry store was one of the worst experiences we had. They sold us the items which were priced way higher than the stores outside and the customer support from EFFY is the worst. They do not know how to talk to their customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

The gift shops , the jewelry shop , liquor , and smokes are always more expensive than on one of the islands , when the ship says they will match price if found at a lower price is a bunch of Bull! I have gone on with receipts that were much lower and the gift shop always says. How do we know you didn't make up that receipt , smokes , and booze are still the cheapest in Cozumel , st Thomas , and San Juan , always .

Note to self: if I decide to go into a store and find the employees are rude and then I decide to buy items that are overpriced, then I try to return the items, I shouldn't be surprised the employees are still rude.

Wow Summerholiday, “Cruise Director”, that is a crappy response. How about a little customer service in your response. Consumers know they don’t have to buy something if they don’t want to. That doesn’t mean they can’t express how rude they were there. I was also on that same ship & I agree, the employees in that store are rude, obnoxious, and pushy.

You don't have to buy ? Especially if your treated bad as you say you where ...you need to put people in there place your the customer regardless if you find someone rude then tell them you don't appreciate them and there attitude... and don't buy the choice is yours .. it's no good to come back and then complain and spoil your vacation....
