One downfall. Disembarkation...Next time just be out of your cabin at 830a and then go eat. We waited in the holding area with nothing to do for 2hrs 45min. Once we were called, then proceeded right thru w/luggage since we drove to the port from Ohio.

About only negative was our room was overly air conditioned and cold. We should have called in a technician to check on what was wrong.

Ship is large but was able to use rollator to get around. Cabin doors a little small for getting rollator in and out but we managed. Not able to go ashore but had cabin with a balcony and watch the world go by from there.

Stay away from "Obstructed View" staterooms; either upgrade to a balcony or get an inside and turn on your tv for a live view of the outside. New hairdryer was awful to use, had to keep your finger on the button or it would turn off! Get new flatscreen tv's.

My tip would be to sail on another cruise line because Carnival is not what it used to be. Not a good value for the money.

Balcony room is well worth it! Try the seafood or steaks in the main dining room for dinner. Check out the whirlpool, steam sauna and massages at the spa.

The new system which allows for breakfast in the main dining hall until 1:00 PM is a great improvement. Those of us who prefer to be served breakfast instead of going to the crowded lido deck, can now sleep in. It also takes the load off the dining staff who seem to be more efficient now.
