Was okay. My mom was sore & bruised from falling backward on the escalator because she was told to keep her room key out in her hand, so she couldn't get a grip on the moving hand rail while holding her suitcase in her other hand. The Hurricane was stressful, didn't sleep whole night & everything canceled in Cozumel. Food was great & staff hard working.

The ship very old some of the elevator didn't work the cabin was terrible very old. The cabin was very noisy we couldn't sleep. The food was basic but it was all over the ship. This stuff has been very good and very nice.

Overall did not enjoy the vacation, food was very bad and stomach virus did not help. On board activities and entertainment were to the lowest levels.

Horrible cruise. There are much better cruise ships than Carnival. Ship was horrible and there was nothing to do. After every meal we used to be sick because food is that bad.

I was wonderful, a vacation that I'll never forget had my kids with me when I say kids the older one is 48 years old we were all adults but to me they will always be my kids.

This was not our favorite cruise. We didn't go to the port we wanted to go to because the engine went down on the ship. We could have took a Royal Ship and took the same cruise we did this time to the same two destinations, Costa Maya and Conzumel but we took Carnival for the port of Grand Cayman and were very disappointed with the ship and not being able to go.

My cruise was very disappointing. I was so excited and drove to Florida from NC. I just knew it would be my best experience. It wasn't. At every turn I was let down and irritated. From poor boat cinditions, bad service, bad foid to a bad excursion. The cruise was poor. Im thinking of Royal Caribbean.

We had a good time on our cruise- first time cruisers! We probably would not go on another for a few years, we learned we like having our time where everything is not scheduled for us. The food was okay but we were really disappointed on the smoking areas Carnival allowed and the drink package we paid extra for was definitely not worth the extra money since most of our drinks were hot and water downed.

Did not like living quarters. Didn't visit Cayman . No swimming pools for adults only. Everything else fine . Probably won't come back . Always sail with Norwegian wish I did. My first time with carnival was on a pre honeymoon

Simply would not recommend sailing with Carnival. We did not reach one of our two destinations due to what they claimed was an unknown mechanical issue. After doing some research the exact same problem and itinerary change occurred 2 months earlier on the same ship. This has also been a previous occurrence on other Carnival ships where they choose not to disclose the problem until you've set sail. Majority of staff was polite and courteous, yet several employees at the customer service desk were rude and nasty towards myself and my wife. Displeased with our cruise as 5 other couples agreed with when we spoke to them on the ship.

I really had no desire to ever go on a cruise. I just assumed it was filled with old, fat, lazy people.. I guess I'm now old, fat and lazy:). The customer service was s fond to none. The head waiters and the staff are selected for a reason. They are really good at their job and take pride in their work. All staff members we encountered were extremely courteous.

I enjoyed the cruise overall and would consider going on another Carnival Cruise from Tampa with a different itinerary. The Carnival Paradise will be dry docked as of 2018. Looking forward to seeing what ship will sail out of Tampa.

Very dissapointed; I request help on my first day when I had an incident on the Lido deck...sought for a Security, stopped 3 crew memebers and they did nothing, I was yelling for assistance and they only told me to go down to deck 7 if I need something. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY DONT REALLY CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE GUEST

The cruise overall was fun, great onboard food and services, however I recommend the tour excursion of beach/town be removed as part of carnival offered excursions. It does not represent what carnival does best which is fun at sea with great ports of call.

Would not book Paradise boat again and will be more picky when choosing A cruise with more kid activities appropriate for his age and for me too. The excursions made our trip the cruise at self and what it offered… Not great. Not great for families with older kids at all

I was a bit disappointed in this cruise. For the amount of money spent on the vacation I would have expected better accommodations. I would probably not choose this ship to sail on again.

The ship is a little dated & the food was ok. Overall the service was good. If Cuba is on your bucket list I would recommend visiting, it will make you really appreciate what you have in life.

They tried is all I can say. Whenever you have issues getting around ship and feeling like you are in the way and the crew just watching no assistance.  

The favorite part of my trip was being with family. I have been on 7 cruises and this was the worst one that I've ever been on. It was very dusty in my room;  and I couldn't play Bingo or go  to the casino because of all the heavy smoking. All of the food was cold except for the evening dinner. My sister's birthday was on the 28th and we were promised a bottle of wine which we never got. I would never recommend this cruise to anyone.
