Review summary

Very dissapointed; I request help on my first day when I had an incident on the Lido deck...sought for a Security, stopped 3 crew memebers and they did nothing, I was yelling for assistance and they only told me to go down to deck 7 if I need something. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY DONT REALLY CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE GUEST

My steward master OKA wss friendly but was hard to understand. The vessel crew was very rude, unpolite, everyone appeared to be in a rush and make you feel unconfrotable when you ask questions

Ship needs hardcore maintance, sprinkles on 6th floor were missing and water dripping constanstly, U122 (hall), several decorations lights in the main entrance, stairs, lighting eggs, elevator and celling were missing

Advise - Do not purchase jelwery outside the recomendations from the boat; the boat have great prices for Tanzanite, sometime better that Cozumel offers; however you can get awesome prices at the recommended store...ONLY Lots of store sell FAKE pieces The excusion buggy dunes and snorkling was AWESOME...Freddie did a magnificient job during the excursion...Great

I'm curious as to what happened on the Lido deck. Did you have an accident of some kind? Was someone accosting you? What action did you want staff to take that they refused?

You're grammar is horrible but that may be your mother's tongue so I'll let that go but it doesn't make sense to review if you're not explaining the whole story you requested help for all we know you could of requested them to button up your shirt don't be so vague if you're going to write a negative review.

Someone moved the towels that they left on deck chairs for 6 hours. They found them at bottom of the pool.
