Review summary

The cruise overall was fun, great onboard food and services, however I recommend the tour excursion of beach/town be removed as part of carnival offered excursions. It does not represent what carnival does best which is fun at sea with great ports of call.

The embarkation was slow with little communication as to why was taking so long, standing in the heat for well over an hour. I suffer from chronic pain and I also saw how other older passengers were struggling with that too.

The town and beach tour was not what was offered, they were late, the beach was a bunch of rocks, town restrooms bad. I dont recommend it.

I think embarkation needs some work, too. Getting everyone checked in should be able to be done in such a way that it does not feel like a cattle call. On our last cruise they kept telling us to sit down like we were middle school students.
