I enjoyed the cruise and cannot wait to cruise again. I would just make sure to pick a very new ship. Paradise is a very old small ship with not much to offer. Both me and my girl friend came and got sick after being on the cruise with pneumonia - and I am VERY healthy normally. The best part were the photographers and professional photos we took while on board. Worth every penny.

Being a Diamond member I always enjoy a Carnival cruise, I just wish Carnival would not go to Grand Cayman as often, it is so expensive there and not much to do. Costa Maya would be nice for a change.

Dream vacations did a great job in finding our trip. The carnival paradise had five days of fun, good food and relaxtion. It was awesome!!! Can't wait for the next one!!

Second cruise but first time in Carnival...enjoyed it better than I thought I would. Enjoyed the different activities, i.e. bingo, comedy, live bands, shops, spa, etc. Especially enjoyed meeting new people. The crew was awesome, everyone was extremely helpful and nice.

Food was terrible...service was horrible.....never received what was promised...$50obc...was told we would be mailed a check..its been 2 months still no check

This was a unique opportunity to visit a place that just starts to open up for tourism from the US. After the safe and cruise line organized initial visit I now know that we could have explored Havana as well on our own.

This cruise was absolutely perfect for our family! There is not one thing that could have been any better. The people at cruise.com were so pleasant and helpful. Tamara spent a very long time with me setting this trip up. My questions were answered and lots of valuable info given to me. Your staff enabled me and my family to have an experience none of us will ever forget! Thank you!!!!!!!

Great ports, service, foods, and weather! Horrible ship, rooms and dietary options. Avoid the paradise and maybe Carnival altogether! For over $500/night, it's insane this was our room and ship! I felt robbed/scammed by photos of what we expected to be our room and what was actually our room.

nive trip, would do paradise again ; but not cozemel, could have done cuba but the debarktation is much longer there. will go another route without those two. but only option for key west.

Ship needs updates Cuba was a disappointment less then a third world country the people were not happy but wanted our money glad I went but that's it for Cuba

The servers, chefs, cleaning staff, maintenance, bussers, everyone...were the hardest workers Ive ever seen. Whatever they are getting paid, they deserve more!!!! The people are what made our trip unforgettable.

I will definitely not cruise with carnival again. The all inclusive price is not all inclusive. There were too many additional charges that were not included.

all in all - this was a great cruise, I loved the ship - hated the smoke in the casino - loved the food and the service, hated the lack of access to the pool or hot tub for the disabled. Missed Key west due to the storm, but we will go again in the future.

The ship is getting old and the housekeeping is not up to par. Had to change cabin in the last day because of gas odor in the hallway. The new room was upgraded to window room which was nice.

Overall I was very disappointed with Carnival. Not sure I will sail with them again. With all the newer ships they are launching it is really a shame that they are still sailing this ship in these horrible conditions.

We took this cruise to unwind a relax and that we did. Service was great, exceptional staff the information that is given about the destination was priceless very important to learn the does and don'ts when you are in such a c"complicated" country. Cuba is a great experience and going on the excursion was great because you are educated about the sites and the people were absolutely amazing

Although the ship feels like it is stuck in the past, the staff make the trip enjoyable. When we left the port in Florida our plan was to go to Honduras and Cozumel. The very wise captain changed the route and port we would visit. Although we had rain, thunder and lighting and some rough seas, there were days the sun did peak out! No one got sick. Thank you for being so cautious and salvaging out trip.

I would never in my life consider taking this type of cruise from this company again they talk about your experience being serene our cabin was directly beneath the hallway there was always running jumping pounding day in and day out and management could not and would not do anything about it other than offer a bottle of wine as well as other issues of which I won't even get into

UNBELIEVABLE, OUR BEST CRUISE SO FAR. We were so glad that we took this cruise to Cuba. It was a great experience for us and our teenage daughters. Both have taken Spanish and tried to practice a little while we were there. If you get a chance to go to Cuba, GO.
