Review summary

We took this cruise to unwind a relax and that we did. Service was great, exceptional staff the information that is given about the destination was priceless very important to learn the does and don'ts when you are in such a c"complicated" country. Cuba is a great experience and going on the excursion was great because you are educated about the sites and the people were absolutely amazing

COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER, WHICH I THINK IS HARD TO DO WITH THE AMOUNT OF VACATIONERS VERSUS STAFF

UPON ARRIVAL I INSPECTED THE BED WHICH HAD APPEARED TO BE A LITTLE DINGY THERE WERE STAINS ON THE MATTRESS COVER AND ALSO HAIR THE MATTRESS WAS HORRIBLE WE COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS AND EVERY DAY THERE SEEMED TO BE A FILM OF WHITE DUST OUR STEWART ANDY WAS GREAT AS HE HELPED US AS MUCH AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO BE COMFORTABLE HE PUT EXTRA COMFORTERS ON THE MATTRESS FOR CUSHION CHANGED THE SHEETS AS SOON AS WE SHOWED HIM AND TRIED TO KEEP UP WITH THE FILM OF DUST HE WAS GREAT!

THE PORT WAS GREAT EASY TO GET AROUND THOUGH ALOT OF THE BUSINESS ARE NOT REALLY PREPARED FOR THE HUGE INFLUX TOURIST WE DID THE TOP 10 EXCURSION WAS GREAT WELL ORGANIZED FUN AND INFORMATIVE BEAUTIFUL SITES
