Review summary

I would never in my life consider taking this type of cruise from this company again they talk about your experience being serene our cabin was directly beneath the hallway there was always running jumping pounding day in and day out and management could not and would not do anything about it other than offer a bottle of wine as well as other issues of which I won't even get into

Our grand suite was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in in my life management did nothing other than offer a bottle of wine we are very dissatisfied

The ship design is horrible to have a walkway directly above our room considering it was the most expensive room you could buy at all we heard was pounding jumping screaming this was a horrible experience

Our cabin was not insulated properly you could hear everything day and night also the bathtub was falling apart and was not clean due to the fact that the parts were not secure the front panel of the tub kept falling forward

Unreal but yes you chose your cabin we have had 18 cruises have great been to great places and have great memories 35 days until we leave Australia for back to back magic ... countdown 🍹😎

Maybe cruising isn't your cup of tea ☕️. Perhaps another type would work better for you. Personally, I love cruising so much, different countries, different cultures, different experiences. 🤗

Any cabin near elevators, a family, or college frat group is going to be noisy. Look at the deck plans, and then look at the ship layout in real time for an idea of where you might feel more comfy. I personally love deck 2 in the aft or deck 7 in the back.
