The ship is esthetically beautiful. I mean, there's no doubt about it. It's a gorgeous looking ship, but it's so small. I think because they wanted all the bells and whistles the different restaurants and things like that. They kind of shop it up in the cabins. Are wayt too small. Be prepared to walk because they don't have enough elevators. The elevators suck. And they don't have glass elevators on this ship. So that increases the wait time

This ship was too crowded on the first day and they need a better dance floor

As a Gold Member I was given no incentives no discounts no nothing. Paid full price even for my 4 year old had to pay $1000 to get him on this ship. If this continues I might break loyalty and jump to Royal Caribbean what's the point of loyalty if you give discounts to new people but not me your loyal gold member. And Carnival do something about the Marijuana getting on the ship it's out of control. And the children and teens running wild pushing old folk and terrorizing the elevators. Packs of teens in elevators going up and down closing doors on passengers for fun..... Bigger ships are not better stick to Vista or Dream class.

Definitely would do the Jubilee again. I thought the ship was fantastic. It was nice having all of the dining options, when the inaugural season ends and some of the places that were free become pay, it may lose some of it's luster. Especially if the marketplace doesn't improve. Overall very pleased with the Jubilee. Beautiful ship and it was really easy to find your way around.

I did love a lot about the ship food is everywhere. Everyone raved about the pizza I didn’t care for it as much. The ship was so huge there is lots to do. It was a fully booked shipped and I never felt it was to crowded. I definitely would be back.

Beautiful ship, wonderful crew, delicious food, plenty of activities, and one the best cruises we’ve been on!

Overall, with excursions, this was a very good cruise. The food was good and the entertainment was outstanding. It was grear for family get togethers but it felt crowded. If you wanted to eat at the included restaurants, there were long waits. I think at least some soft drinks should have been included.

The Carnival Jubilee allows something for everyone.

My aunt is 81 years old and wanted the family to get together and go on a cruise. So 27 of us got on board the Jubilee. It was a nice ship and we all enjoyed the experience. Communication was poor, especially trying to use the HUB. Kept on getting msg saying there is a BUG in the app and they are working on it. This resulted in all of us getting together not as often as we wanted to. I do think that the game DEAL OR NO DEAL is the BIGGEST RIP OFF CARNIVAL HAS. A TOTAL RIP OFF.

We're a mid 60s couple, long time married, avid cruisers since the late 80s (this was our 40th cruise). As you can see we have definite ideas about what we expect, prefer, etc, when cruising. This cruise was part of a 30 person group my wife had facilitated as a professional travel advisor, and while the group seemed to enjoy themselves, I personally didn't, at least as much as usual. I prefer less people, less "action", a more staid experience overall, and while one would ask "then why did you take this cruise" (with some validity) I was basically along for the ride as her husband more so than a cruise I would've chosen on my own. What's the saying? Happy wife, happy life? I'm sure most onboard had fun, and while I'm not saying I didn't have a good time, I've had much more rewarding cruises in the past.

Beautiful ship great entertainment very funny comedians', the food was not good very limited food selections and the buffet closes early

I was on my 25th milestone cruise and as always I had an awesome time. I love this ship 🚢 Looking forward to our annual family cruise June of 2025 on the Dream.

Jubilee is a great ship with a fun itinerary. The staff from the cruise director to the stateroom attendant really make this a vacation to remember. Try everything!!

As most will tell you from jubilee, it's just too big. Too many people. Same old food. Mostly same shows but the venues are lackluster. Just open stages with digital graphic backdrop. Public bathrooms were a big complaint. Just ridiculous layout not well planned and tiny like so many spaces, most especially the rooms. All in all, I won't book on Excel class again if I can help it.

The ship was great but, its size was an issue for older cruisers who are not used to all the walking required to get around this huge ship.

The Jubilee is a great ship and I’m so thrilled we have her in Texas! Carnival did good!

Carnival has stepped it up with the Jubilee. The food decor and service have all been improved. There are plenty of options for entertainment and food. The ship is huge but never felt overly crowded. There are lines at venues and food places but they move fast.

The Jubilee ship is beautiful and the restaurants and cleanliness throughout were great! The entertainment was okay at best.

We had a great time and met some wonderful people.
