Great cruise would ride jubilee again to different ports

Overall great trip. Expected more from a brand new cruise ship (we usually sail older ships). Didn't seem worth the extra money to us but still had a great time. Not turned off from sailing Carnival in the future, but there were enough significant differences that we would probaby try a different cruise line or go back to Norwegian in the future.

Would probably not cruise with Carnival for awhile. Bad shows, mediocre food and just disappointed with the whole experience.

Overall it was really great! Get the bottomless bubbles got to get all the drinks. The only thing is that you couldn't get 2 drinks at once you have to wait 5mins in-between. Wished there was more included for free

The Dream Studio staff made the trip worthwhile for me!

I was disappointed that Carnival didn't acknowledge my birthday in a single jester. In the past (Mardi Gras) I was given spa credit, a card signed by staff, birthday greeting on a dinner dessert and a photo album keepsake. Jubilee did absolutely nothing. I even asked guess services if I was comped or gifted anything that I missed. I was told, nope, it's random.

I would definitely book another Western Caribbean Cruise that DOES NOT include Cozumel! I would rather pay port fees and taxes on a different port! Been there so many times, we wont even bother to get off the ship in that port again... especially with it so conjested.....so why do we want to pay those port fees and taxes for that port? We noticed the ship had many more people stay on it while in Cozumel as well.

Outstanding ship, crew, ports, and food! We'd definitely recommend, and we'd do the same cruise again!

We took our first granddaughter and her friend with us this trip and the fun abounded. My wife and I really enjoyed having the two of them with us. We took excursions at each port and had experiences we will always treasure. The ship was very clean and looked brand new! The food was exceptional on this cruise the chef really deserves a pat on the back! I would recommend this cruise to my friends and family.

We loved it. Being forced to submit fifty characters is quite annoying so I'm typing this to avoid that.

Great cruise. Not really for the younger 21-50 year old crowd, but loved the ship, service, and entertainment.

All in all, a wonderful time was had by all in our party

Amazing! Plan ahead! Eat the food (but not too much!) Take time to spend time and connect with family if you brought them! Enjoy life on the ship, but prepare yourself when you leave the ship so you can adjust to real life again. :)

Was a nice ship, but due to the lack of attentiveness by the staff we will likely not sail with carnival again.

Our first Carnival cruise. The Jubilee is a beautiful ship, the entertainment was great, food was disappointing, staff was attentive, activities were fun. All in all I think we prefer smaller ships and a different cruise line.

Really enjoyed this cruise. Enjoyed the one show and the celestial string show. You must do Seaquest by Dr. Inks. Comedians were great also. Arrive 20 mins early for all shows for best seats. Bonsai Teppanyaki is dirty every penny!

Huge passenger ship but well managed. Be aware there is some wait times at some venues and elevator crowds. It is what it is.

We really liked Carnival Jubilee. It was a very nice, clean ship with lots of dining options. There were also plenty of comedy shows for people to watch. I would’ve liked to have seen them offer maybe daytime shows I just feel like most people weren’t attending the 9:45 PM shows because it was so late.

First off, the ship was beautiful, and ALL the staff were amazing! These concerns are not stopping us from cruising with Carnival at all; just something we hope will help the “powers that be” to keep in mind as they work through the kinks of a new ship.
