First solo cruise and carnival should have done better. I’ve had much better with yall

There were some issues, but an overall wonderful trip.

This was an extremely disappointing vacation. The service staff overall was not welcoming, happy or even grateful for tips etc. The towel service poolside attendant always was extremely rude and irritated with the guests. The restaurant food was Mediocre at best and the meals took hours to complete. It was my 25th cruise overall and the worst service i have ever experienced.

This was my 3rd time cruising and it was my worst experience. Food was disappointing. I asked for someone to call me regarding my concerns and never received a call. My daughter had a peanut allergic reaction and was told that we would have to take her to the medical office at the front of the ship and we were at the back of the ship. She couldn't breath and there was no sense of urgency. I felt like cattle and just another number.

Save your money and don’t go on Carnival Horizon. Food was horrible. Drink packages are not worth it and elevators were not working 1/2 the time. Very disappointing

Disappointing vacation, overall experience was less that satisfactory. Thank goodness we booked all day excursions to get us off the ship for two of the days. The excursions were the best part of this vacation.

Food was marginal at best. Wait staff unfriendly. Debarkation was a disaster. Missed our flights and had to take another day off work to get home at our own expense. Staff kicked us out of game room/library to do an art auction while playing games with family. Took 2 hours to get our food in the dining room. No more Coke products on board. Carnival has gone downhill. Will never sail with them again.

A lot of different changes since my last cruise. Budget was definitely blown but worth it...Had a an enjoyable time 😊

Overall this was a relaxing trip to three great Ports of Call, we would recommend it to anyone especially first time cruisers.

It was a relaxing cruise with some fun ports. Ship was not that great though.

We had a wonderful 1st cruise. Please invest in safety rails that can be popped on to the head/foot of the bunks. Our daughter fell out in the night and got really hurt. We tried to get Ice for her bumps and bruises and a milk to calm her down, but family harbor didn't have any. The ice machine wasn't working and there were no milks. We asked for an extra safety rail and were told there are none. Something so small could have went a long way. Family Harbor should have those little milk containers available after hours for those with small children who need it for bedtime. Georgia was a wonderful interactive cruise director who made the vacation that more special. We LOVE the Family Harbor and will definitely book this deck again. It's a wonderful addition that caters to larger families like mine. We actually have 5 children and only brought 3. The ship was clean and roomy and everything moved pretty quickly. We enjoyed the Carnival experience and will book again.

We had the most enjoyable time. So many fun things to do is we wanted to participate, but also plenty of time for relaxation in the sun. The Horizon is an awesome ship. I have sailed her twice, and would definitely do it again.

Overall, another spectacular cruise. Although it was 8 days, I still wasn’t ready to get off and face reality. I hated to leave. Cruise director, Georgia made everything fun and hearing her Aussie accent, energy and professionalism. The seas were very calm for the majority of the cruise. The ship is impressive internally and staff incredibly polite, hospitable and professional. There is a reason why we only sail Carnival……they know how to have fun! Keep up the GREAT work!

Overall, I was on vacation, so had a fun time. I would like to see the app be more user friendly, as it kicked us out constantly and provided no availability for me to stay in contact with our group. Disembarkation was awful.

Overall, it was a great cruise. The ports were beautiful, staff was amazing, I'd definitely do this itinerary again

Highly recommend for anyone who hasn’t cruised in a while.

We had a fun time. We were able relax and have fun.

Been on many cruises and a lot of them were Carnival but this one was one of our least favorites
