Overall, another spectacular cruise. Although it was 8 days, I still wasn’t ready to get off and face reality. I hated to leave. Cruise director, Georgia made everything fun and hearing her Aussie accent, energy and professionalism. The seas were very calm for the majority of the cruise. The ship is impressive internally and staff incredibly polite, hospitable and professional. There is a reason why we only sail Carnival……they know how to have fun! Keep up the GREAT work!

Food and Dining

The food and service in the main dining room was top-notched. We breakfast once and lunch twice at the buffet, but most times were spent in the dining room. Great food and great service. Oh! There is something about the burgers at Guy’s Burger Joint! They have the BEST burgers and fries.
Onboard Activities

We were on an overdue vacation, so we didn’t get in the pools or other activities. We just lounged, worked out in the fitness center and walked around the track each day. It was simply “heaven.”
Entertainment

Entertainment was excellent to us and there was lots of it. The cruise director, Georgia is one of the best we have experienced. She is pretty and full of energy! She makes every activity she is involved in exciting and fun! DJ’s were good. Productions well performed. They had a creepy production called “Soulbound” that kind of creeped me out. It was dark and somewhat demonic but well performed. The music with that production was really good (old school R &B). It simply did not go with that production. They need to change the music to something as “dark” and demonic; not R&B. Other than that one, all of the other shows we attended were quite exciting.
Service and Staff

I can’t express the appreciation for our room steward, Wahyou (misspelled his name). He was beyond polite, professional and very quick when maintaining room. We had fresh towels and wash cloths each day. The dining staff was excellent as well, we had different ones each day and they all were simply marvelous!

Ships layout and cleanliness was “on point!” It’s well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was OK. This is the first time we had a standard interior cabin. We usually get a balcony or ocean view cabin. There wasn’t much left when I booked so I decided to try an interior. Last time I will do that. It was cozy and clean but very small to me. Limited storage space. Overall, it served its purpose. Our room steward helped make it pleasant.
