the only reason I rate this lower is because of the ability to contact parents. My daughter wanted to leave, but they were unable to get a hold of me other than calling the room. We were not in the room. I believe developing some sort of pager service would make that experience better

Toni was our room steward, he was awesome. Always had the best animals Our Waiter and waitress were awesome -Ni Nyoman, Subita, and Premn were amazing. Our waitress noticed my daughter trying to make origami with her napkin. The next night she had 4 origami animals waiting at dinner for her. She was absolutely amazing.

it is difficult when you have 4 people stuffed into a small room, but lesson is to get a bigger room or get 2 rooms for a large family

Ship tip

buy the drink package, but remember you can only have 15 drinks. I think the bubbles package should allow kids to get nonalcoholic frozen drinks

I sailed on the Magic with my grandson they gave us phones if contact was needed. I would think the Horizon being larger class ship they would have the same🤔

I always wondered how the staff would contact the parents for situations like this. Not good. Thanks for sharing.
