Review summary

This was an extremely disappointing vacation. The service staff overall was not welcoming, happy or even grateful for tips etc. The towel service poolside attendant always was extremely rude and irritated with the guests. The restaurant food was Mediocre at best and the meals took hours to complete. It was my 25th cruise overall and the worst service i have ever experienced.

It was awful. THe port was nice but there were 10,000 people there due to two cruise ships being in port at the same time. WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE

Since Carnival changed its policies, we did not hear the message to order luggage tags until too late. I was expecting them the night before debarkation in our state rooms and that did not happen

My overall experience was nice, however they need to do better with the food they serve. We pay so much money to get less than mediocre food served. The ship was not that great. The lobby was small. The events were wonderful especially family feud.
Definitely coulda been better
