Unfortunately we were unable to go to the ports that we paid to visit and it’s been bothering me whether we should be in titled to compensation for that. Even though we had to change course, it was still a fantastic cruise but I still have price questions.

Basically this was the worse cruise I have been on I have been on 6 and this was the worse. I have another planned with Carnival in April 2020 to Alaska so I am hoping that ne will be a much better experience. We wanted to go again in September to Jamaica but the only ship going is the Horizon so I am not sure if I can go one that ship again.

You need to use the carnival app to make your reservations or you will have problems

We have always liked cruising with Carnival and will continue to do so. We enjoyed the Carnival Horizon and look forward to cruising on the newer ships.

We had a great time , the last night was a bit worrying as the boat was rocking about. The staff that looked after us were excellent.

Wonderful cruise. Ready for next cruise. Next one I'm aiming for 10 days.

Pushy people on board who overstack their plates at the buffet and then leave them half eaten. 😡

Overall a great cruise but i learned that i think i like the atmosphere and service of the older smaller ships . Not to say that i didnt appreciate the amenities of this newer ship but service suffers when dealing with that number of guests

First time cruisers with a group of 23 friends from high school from +40 years ago. Loved the sea days at the beginning and end. So glad we did excursions at all three ports!

Overall is was a good experience. The dining fiasco definitely kept this from being a great trip. The ship was fine, service slow but most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was fine. This was my 8th cruise and the islands were visited were okay but wouldn't go back again. I prefer the western Caribbean but this is my preference not a dig at Carnival. Carnival Horizon was okay but not my favorite ship.

will not book carnival every again, the ship being " NEW " was not a wow factory at all it was like a hotel not much to do and the night life was zero..once you have been in the casino it is ok, the floors are closed in and boxy and there is no atrium or beautiful center of the ship , the restaurants open late and close early not impressed it was a huge disappointment...Use a different cruise line

we really enjoyed our cruise and will go again. Were is so much to do onboard and ports are nice and good times

Wonderful cruise, just the ship is too big. There should be someone at the elevators on day of embarkation to help with the elevators. I have never had elevators where you pick your floor when calling the elevator, and then once on you can't change your mind about which floor to go to.

I would recommend the horizon. This cruise was larger than my first and you can definitely tell there are more people. But I never really had to wait in any crazy lines. Also the dive in movie is great and they even have popcorn.

Overall it was a good cruise. I wish the dining room service was better as this is where I usually like to have breakfast. Unfortunately I had to go to the buffet for breakfast. Also the power outage was very disappointing. Who eat a burger without fries.

I disappointed they only offer u on board credit so u have to spend more y the on board credit can not spend now WiFi is very expense b ready to spend over $200 for WiFi it’s not per cabin it’s per person

Overall a good relaxing trip. Wanted a break from the normal grind, and from driving every day. Perfect vacation.

If you want to pay for poor customer service, marginal food choices and lackluster port excursions then travel with Carnival cruise line. Otherwise choose another cruise line.
