Use the new Carnival Hub app. It is much better than carrying the paper itinerary copies you get each day!

It helped me to read all the info and study the whole process. I liked the onboard app to keep my schedule in front of me.

Keep the daily itinerary with you so you can keep up with all the amazing shows that they have to offer, and try to attend as many as possible, they are great.

Dont sail Carnival Freedom if you are a smoker, you will be treated like a second class citizen.

Don't have high expectations for this cruise if you have cruised previously. This is a very basic Cruise with no extras.

If you are a non smoker I would not recommend the Freedom due to the Casino smoke. It was all out in the halls and could be smelled on other floors.
