Review summary

The pool area was the best part with ample seating!

We never stopped in Key West & were not reimbursed!

Not enough sit down restaurants for the evening were available!

You typically won't be compensated for a port missed due to weather. We missed a port in November due to a ship propulsion issue and were compensated with OBC and % off future cruise. We missed an entire day (and port) in January due to fog in Galveston; we were compensated with a 1/7 refund of our cruise fare, fees and grats ONLY because we missed a day, not because we missed a port. I think these issues are all pretty well spelled out in your cruise contract.
