All of this cruise was good except we found cocktails poor quality.

Rooms were very nice and staff was pleasant and accomodating.  We would recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a nice vacation.

I have sailed with Carnival for several years, taking my children along for a Christmas present. I pay for four cabins. We always select early dining, and like to be seated at same table, eight of us total. We were split up, behind a wall, six at one small table, and other two at another table, same size and area. we had great service, but were cramped in seating. Over several years Ive spent lots of money with carnival. I discussed the seating with the Maiterdee, and he said all he could do was see if he could seat us at a larger table at late dinner, which was not suitable to me Im 87 years old , and dont like late seating, because if we want to see a show after dinner, makes me too late getting my rest. Other than this complaint everything else went smoothly, thanks for letting me vent my compaint.. By the way I always book eary in summer. so this mishap didnt occur because I booked late. Negligent bar waiters. Corrected by bar managers a few days later.  Extremely rude casino workers. Not  friendly at all.  My mom didn't like that she has to pay now for slot tournament & my dad & brother had to pay for poker entry, used to be free for VIPs.  Also, since we were not VIPs, we weren't allowed to go with our family to board.  

Steward was good.  Dinner waiter (Frederick - left for vacation after we returned) was excellent.  

My Room was great with my MS & my friends RA.  Snorkel trip out of St.Thomas was too short for the price. Got to snorkel about 30 minutes.  Tour managers were pleasant & helpful, though.

Enjoyed the trip. Would have been better if all workers were nice.

As compared to other cruises with the same cruise line. I found that this cruise was just okay. The service was very good, the food was okay and the ambiance was okay as well. My wife and I enjoyed the service in the dining room, but having the Min dining room in the aft of the ship added a lot of cavitation to the dining experience. As compared to other ships in the Carnival fleet, this one was just okay!

Room was great. Room valet was outstandimg. Steak restuarant was outstanding. Regular dining was below average. Twice I could not cut or eat my steak. Two others at the table had the same problem. Dining room layout was poor; could mot see out. MC was very good, but could not overcome poor shows. I did not expect two amature nights. Many people walked out of the "big" show; Ticket to ride. 

It has been 10 years since I've been on a cruise. I really enjoyed this one. Never had a cabin/balcony combo before. Always stayed  in an inside cabin. Tremendous difference! I got a good rate thanks to Vicki.

Food was good, weather great, and ports of call interesting. I highly recommend this cruise during January and February.

As for me, I could do it again!

This was my second cruise so I did have soemthing to compare my experience too. I was not impressed with the cruise. I didn't hate it and my newly husband and I did have a relaxing time, as you should on your honeymoon. However, It seemed very unorganized at times, security did not seem very tight, it took forever to get off the boat when we were docked to see the islands, the excursions especially were very unorganized, the food was just okay, and we were notified that we had a port change just a couple weeks before we were suppose to leave which was disappointing!

My husband myself and my daughter had fantastic time both in ship activities and shore excursions... 

We were disappointed at first for the change of itinerary but the island we visited instead was fabulous and fun.

The ship was like a 5-star hotel on the ocean - immaculately kept, superb service, warm and welcoming staff, delicious food, great cocktails.  And lots of fun shopping.  I had a wonderful time and can't wait to go on my next cruise.  This was my first cruise, and it was nothing short of fabulous.

The Freedom was a BEAUTIFUL ship. The food was wonderful, the entertainment was great. I have never been on a cruise before and I can say I absolutely enjoyed this one. The wait staff in the Chic restuarant were the best. Very polite and even took time to talk to everyone at my table. Some of the most polite people I have ever met were the staff of this ship. My next cruise will most definiately be with Carnival.

Love the ship Freedom and the people on board couldnt have been more courteous and attentive... 

Decided that this cruise #10 and already been to cozumel and grand caymans, I needed to go somewhere  different.... 

Rained some and then was rough, had not been on a ship lately that rocked as much... heard the weather in the states made 

a difference in the caribbean too... 

weather was warm and the islands will always be my favorite ........ glad I went ...guess  I will try a different place next time...

Wonderful ship, wonderful service and food, spacious balcony cabin.  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves....more than we expected.  A steal for the money!

staff was very friendly, food was good, overall excellent deal, rooms with balconies were clean and adequate for a short cruise, beds were clean and comfortable and were done twice daily. can only recomend carnival for the price.

The cabin steward was awesome. When you go into a club on ship called the70s club you expect to hear 70s music.  We only heard rap music when we wemt ino the 70s club. The food was good and there was plenty to choose from.

If there were a 6th star, I would go there! This was my wife's 1st cruise and my 3rd. From the time of arrival at the port to rising above the ship on the airplane as we departed, the experience was beyond exceptional. One of the biggest things that stood out for me is the care that is put into the ship. There were 5 ships in the port and by far the appearance of the Freedom outshined the others. "WE'LL BE BACK!"

We had a really good time and Thanksgiving is a good time to cruise.  We enjoyed the ports of call, even though we had been there before.  Camp Carnival was fun for the little ones, which gave me some peace and quiet.  The spa was relaxing.  Our room steward keep our rooms looking good.  Everyone on the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.  We've cruised with Carnival many times, and will continue to do so.

Had a wonderful time. Great room service.Good food. Good entertainment. Great bargain. carnival is the most bang for your buck and we will definitely cruise with them again.

I really enjoyed myself on the cruise, the service was excellent from the maids to the waitress, they were all so friendly, however the thing that stood out to me the most was everywhere I went  on that ship the staff knew my name. I was impress by that. Also how they remembered my birthday, and honored it. There was a gentleman that was responsible for cleaning my room, this gentleman's name is Johnny he gave excellent service and I think he needs to be commended for his wonderful service.

Good value, good food. Enjoyed it very much. The only thing that was bad was the boarding process at the port. Crazy, unorganized, very long lines snaking out of the building and around the corner. They must improve the boarding process. Took us over an hour and a half to get on the ship and we arrived at the time they emailed us to come there. Long hot line made the entry bad but de barking was fine as we carried our own bag off the ship. 

We enjoyed our trip and were treated like a King and Queen.  It was our 49th anniversary trip, the staff sang to us, making it a delight to share it with them. One of us being handicap using an electric scooter, they accomdated us well.

We lost a piece of baggage, it was found and within two days we received it at our home. Can not praise the staff enough.
