It started off bad when we got our keys. The travel told me when we booked the rooms dhe pit us on thr same floor. Which was not true I was on the 6th floor my children was on the 1st floor.

We would cruise this ship again. Looking forward to experiencing the other Carnival ships as well! Thank you Carnival! And a big thank you to Malcolm, Woohoo!! Burn!! He obviously loves his job and the people.

Had a lot of fun and great memories for my family but did not expect to he charge too much for gratuity at the end of my trip on my final bill we had a party of four and they charge for my kids the same amount of an adult which i tought was ridicuolus $460 for tipps and i tipp everyday to my servers

great loved malcom and the entire ship servers they where all great. pools were great food oh my some much food I think I gain 20 lbs lol but my family enjoyed ourselves we had a group of 28 man what and experience and looking forward to next year.

My overall experience on this cruise was very exciting. We all had a wonderful time . I love the way that the crew made my wife feel for her 45th birthday.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary aboard the Carnival Freedom during this cruise. The staff and crew aboard this ship made us realize that there is still a place on earth that you can get away from it all, celebrate how ever you want, and be treated with kindness and great service every where you went every day! This memory will be forever embedded in our hearts, and hope that all who reads this, encourages them to make a memory with Carnival! Happy Sailing To You!!!!

As a whole the cruise was wonderful. The only disappointment was one of the tours. Really a waste of time. Sort of like traveling to NYC to get a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty. Food and service was wonderful. Staff was wonderful.

I enjoyed the cruise and am looking forward to the next one. I ate so much I should have gained a ton. It is amazing how much food that is available on the cruise.

RATED: NCL a top quality time ... Carnival not sure. WAS DELIGHTED to find I was all wrong about the Carnival. Will definately be going again ... soon ... as they are great.

Overall, we enjoyed our first cruise and had a really good family vacation! Below are a few feedback to Carnival Cruise that can improve ours and other guests experience even more. Hope the feedback can be provided to Carnival Cruiseline. Thanks! 1. Carnival should consider providing coupons to reach family for the activities so everyone / kids get a chance to experience them, i.e. basketball, volleyball courts are alway so full and our kids never had a chance to play. 2. Provide gourmet coffee to guests without additional charges as that seems to be provided at all inclusive resorts and it’s not costly for Carnival to provide. 3. For the Carnival photos, the cost per photo is too expensive, ie. one 5 x 7 @ $15 and one 8x7 @ $22. Carnival should consider putting up screen for guests to review pictures and then select and print only the ones they want to purchase with out wasting ink and papers and not helping the environments. Also with the digital age today, Carnival should consider provide an affordable digital copy purchase combo so guests can purchase entire photos and print on their own when return home. I bet the guests are more willing to purchase the digital options and at the same time, Carnival can help save the environments without wasting all the printed pictures and guests not purchasing them at such a high price. 4. For the snacks area, provide a little more variety for dessert thru out the day other than just ice cream. There are many folks who are lactose intolerance. 5. Provide more varieties to the buffet as they seems to the same everyday and lack of variety on fruits options too. Fruits are cheap. 6. Provide better mandatory safety muster station training with smaller groups. Waiting for everyone for role call is effective and can post medical issues to elderly and people with disabilities waiting so long and in the heat. 7. Provide long time at each port so guests can enjoy the country 8. Provide more clarity for excursion for each port as we were not aware for the 'Barrier Reef Snorkel' excursion would take us directory to the snorkel site and no visit onto Belize at all. We wouldn't have booked this if we would have the details from Carnival. 9. Would like to have better clarity upfront from when customer would receive the 'on board credit for use'. We were not clear on that until we spoke 'guest services' on the ship.

The overall experience was amazing. Before setting sail, I was a little anxious, but once I got onboard, I was surprised by the level of hospitality the staff had and how much there was to do! It was a great experience for my family and I We are already looking at cruising again!

The overall experience was a great on indeed, everything about it was well, the food, the drinks, the people, the ship, the entertainment, the crew, the excursions, all... It was so good we are planning to go on a cruise every year from now on!

We had a great experience. We were never hungry and the rooms were comfortable. The staff provided remarkable service. We would definitely go again. The weather and water were beautiful.

Long time cruiser, had to pick this time since there were many other family members going together, all adults.  There were many families with lots of children and during the at sea days & at nights; there were many groups of youth unsupervised.

Crew very focused on knowing us by name and was very friendly.  Noticed many things that Carnival has cut or now you have to pay for it. 

Good for first or second time cruisers!

Carnival is as advertised. It is a  ship designed to have "fun".  Lots of drinking. Malcom, the cruise director, was a lot of fun. Very engaging and seemed like he was having a good time. 

There were lots of activities. Guys Burger Bar was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The buffet was really good. 

Dining room didn't enforce dress code. Elegant night wasn't very elegant. Lots of cutoff sleeves and hats on most nights. 

He dining room had booths. That's the worst thing on a ship. It was hot and no air could circulate. Plus, people watching was out of the question. 

So much to do one the ship! It was an awesome experience as usual with Carnival. The Steak House is a must at least once. The cruise director Malcolm was great as well. The only thing I would change would be making the cabin a little cooler, we brought a fan and that helped a bunch.   

there is a playlist performer named timothy that is on the freedom boat.  he has very very good voice and dance moves.  he is very very personable and loves meeting new people. Alex  the entertainment director fixed a major issue i had with the carnival live performance.  he took time out of his very busy schedule and had a nice conversation with me and took care of issue.  he is an asset to carnival.   ELLEN HARDMAN.  the travel agent who i worked with at took care of every question, comment, concern that i had.  she goes so far out of her way to make her customers happy and satisfied with the cruises that we book me on.  this is my second cruise with carnival and she booked both of them for me and i will not go to another agent to help me with carnival cruises.
