Overall me and my husband enjoyed ourselves. A much needed vacation. And the cruise director Matey was great. By far the best birthday I've ever had.

Terrible experience. It was my first cruise so I was a little clueless on what to do. Soon as we got out the car the carhop took my bags and showed us where to check in. When I go to check in they tell me I need my birth certificate. If I would have known that I would have took it out my suitcase. We had to wait for hours in a holding cell to wait for my bag to be delivered to my room. 30 minutes before we leave they allow my husband to go to the room to get my certificate out my bag. They told him to take a picture and send it to me, but when he sent it I was told it was not acceptable! We he gets to come down and give it to me security stops him and he has to argue with them to let him down so I wont be left.

Mr and my husband love the Guy Fertti burger place. The steak house was great and we loved the formal dining every night with the dance show before dessert. The alchemy bar was the best bar. The sidecar drink was amazing! And I love the 2 women bartenders. They knew what we wanted everytime we sat down.

I enjoyed the fitness center, mini golf, serienty, and the slide.

The waiters and bus boys were great. I had a conversation with almost all of them. My room steward Putu was amazing! He was always nice and curtious. He really helped make my trip great. I loves the towel animals and the special things he did for my birthday.

The only thing I didn't like about the cabin was how small the shower was. Me and my husband are 6 feet tall so the shower was very difficult
We got on a bus that said it would take us to shops the beech and margarita ville. That was a lie. It took us downtown and then the tour guide tells us that is the trip unless we pay extra for her to take us elsewhere.
It rained horribly and the works on the ship told us to either risk your lives and do the excursions or forfit your money. We was only offered a refund if the place canceled but it was completely unsafe to get off the ship then teather to the island. Once the rain calmed down we were able to leave and we did enjoy our dolphin experience.
