Our favorite part was the service from the crew members             especially our restaurant team members Elisabeta and Selvin. I would give them a five star rating for their friendliness and ability to make us feel at hone. We truly felt like we were a part of a family because of them. Also, our cabin steward, Christopher took care of our room. It was always clean. Everytime we saw him we  experienced a friendly greeting with a smile. We also enjoyed the family comedy shows. They were excellent. I could go on and on about our experience and would highly recommend your cruise line. We are already planning on cruising with you again next year.

My favorite part of the cruise was the new Guys Grill and The Blue Iguana they were both awesome additions to the basic cruise menu I was used to. In all the cruise was good but the noticeable cuts Carnival made was a great disappointment this was I believe our 9th or 10 th cruise and by far the pampering of guest has decreased substantially . The biggest disappointment to us as a family who has been cruising since my children were very young was no past cruising social and not even our much expected pins that my children had come to collect over the years and evidently it's a sore subject with many guest because when we asked our room steward she was like " oh my yes the pins I have heard so many complaints about that and apologized on behalf of Carnival " my 18 year old had brought his hat that he had signed by the captain of every cruise with us and all the pins from every cruise and just was totally bummed out to find out this was no longer a tradition he could continue. The chocolate candy on the pillows that Carnival used to brag about also gone as well as not even table cloths on the tables for dinner the little extras that set Carnival aside from the rest to us were gone. Also my sons since they were small regardless of how much money we gave them to play games and buy things were always proud of the deck of cards that they could get themselves at the desk also gone we had to buy them a used deck from the casino to play cards very disappointing. We have a large group of people that always travel with us and I am the one who always sets up our cruises and a few of them gamble quite a bit that is where I find all of the pampering went they received wine at dinner cookies and chocolate covered strawberries if that's the future normal for Carnival then no I will not recommend Carnival. I am looking into booking our future cruise for our gang now and for the first time in over 15 years am looking into other cruise lines. Please don't misunderstand the staff was top notch as usual but the cut backs were noticeable like rooms only being serviced once and no longer turned down while we're at dinner OK rant over

Staff in Crimson Dining Room is the only reason I gave this a 3 star. Other than them I would have given a 1. 

The ports of call were great. Belize and Roatan were well worth it. Cozumel was nice. 

Something on the ship was just off. Tender service in Belize was horrible. Late leaving ship and late getting back on. Rushed through our excursion and no time to shop. Dining staff in Scarlet Dining Room that we had were so awful we switched dining rooms after 2 nights. Debarkation was a nightmare. We had section 4 luggage tags but they place 4 of 7 pieces of luggage in section 19. Then found that my luggage was destroyed due to the way they throw them around. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!

Carnival delivers very good value.   As typical, the food and staff service exceed expectations at this price point.     It's a big ship, so activities and space can get crowded - a little advance planning helps a lot to avoid the worst of the lines.

The Carnival Dream is a good ship. the food, entertainment and the staff was great.  Everything seemed to flow extra smooth on this ship compared to the rest of the ships I have been on. 

The Mayan Ball Game shore tour was the best part of the cruise.  Our waiter, Bernie, in the Crimson Dining room, was the best part of our dining experience.  Not only was he knowledgeable about the ingredients in all of the menu items, but he suggested some dishes that we would never have tried, and they turned out to be a great choice.  The Burgundy lounge was not a good place to have Bingo, it was crowded with people playing trivia.  That is the only thing I would change for my next cruise.

Ship was nicely attired and there was a great variety of foods especially for lunch. Ports of call were nice. The dock for Cozumel was too far away from town. The debarkation procedures were not well explained ahead of time as is usually done on other cruise lines. Also we were called to debark well before our luggage was ready for pick up, requiring us to wait around the warehouse for about a half an hour. Luggage should always be ready for claiming as you leave the ship.

The staff on cruise ships are always helpful, polite, and work to make the experience great. On this particular cruise, there were so many great staff members that I could count as stellar, but there were two in particular that I want to see get some extra credit: 1) Our room steward, Alwyn, was incredibly sweet and personable, was always available if we needed anything, and made sure everything was perfect for us. He was just absolutely wonderful! 2) The head waiter at our dinner each night, Yaco, remembered all of our names and wasn't shy to offer recommendations on food and drink when we asked for either. He was entertaining and funny and so, so nice. We had a large group of diverse personalities with us and, if Yaco was ever feeling frustrated (and who could blame him!), he never showed it. These gentlemen truly made this cruise experience better than it would have been without them!!!

we had a good time and mat the cruise director was awesome. will go back because of him. i did not like jamaica and they should not go back there because all the people there did is try to sell us drugs 

My favorite part of the cruise was the waterslides. The staff was really friendly also.  I called guest services several times a day about our lack of air conditioning and they sent someone up to our room everyday. They kept leaving notes and letters saying they had been there and the problem was resolved, but we could not tell any difference. I went into a few other rooms on different floors and they were nice and cool. Guest services asked on the last day, if I was ever offered a fan, which I was not. I guess I should have asked to change rooms on the first day, but I was hoping they would be able to fix the A/C. 

Had a wonderful time. First time cruiser. My agent told me things to look forward to and things I could do and not do. Very very helpful! Loved my dinner companions staff in the resturant 

The staff works VERY hard to make your cruise a five star experience.  Joel, our cabin steward helped even after I had fallen over a suitcase.  He quickly got a bag of ice for us.  Nan, Ketut, and Rulelito had us feeling like we were being served by friends who knew our likes, and they even showed interest in what we had done during the day.  They called you by name - that is impressive.  Every 7 days learn the names and interest of the people you serve.  Cleaning of the ship was going on all the time.  It was "ship shape".

I enjoyed the days at sea. So much to do, so little time to do them all. The 3 ports we pulled into were fun, but the best one was Belize. Taking the lighter to shore was a highlight. Of cause the dining rooms dinners were the most enjoyable and the music and crew shows were great.

The first day and a half of the cruise was spent trying to get a room that was accessible, even though we were in an accessible room. This Dream cruise has very low standards of accessibility. It was so very frustrating. Also, they ripped my luggage and replaced it with a piece of cheap crap and would not let me take home my ripped luggage to get a refund or replacement.  In fact, they would not let us off the ship until we proved to them that I left my ripped back in our cabin. The accessible bathrooms on the ship were filthy and had water coming out of the floor.

Other than that, it was a great cruise. Good food and excellent crew.

We loved this ship. From the time we got on we were treated like family. Our cabin steward Linda was amazing. She even got us a gift card to the spa!! Our ropm was cleaned well. The dining staff in the Crimson were the best we have ever had. DEWA IS THE MAN!!! Anthony and AJ were amazing too. Make sure to visit Alchamey bar, its included with cheers. Check your balance on you s&s often. Wr had issues even though I quickly paid off what was charged. We woild sail again

Overall the cruise good however my next cruise will not be on Carnival.  The level of service has gone down.  My cabin steward said he could only service our cabin once a day (instead of twice) because he had more cabins to take care of.  Bar waiters were only in certain areas at certain times.  Bingo prize amounts changed from when they were announced to when they were deposited to on-board accounts.  Charges to on-board accounts were done by hand for Bingo and some did not appear until days later.  Charges appeared for Bingo even when there was not a game.  Guest Services could only send an inquiry to the bingo staff.  Then you wait for a response from them.  There were three adult people in my Ocean View Suite and none of the bills were correct.  Disembarking was total chaos - everyone came down at once, the elevators and stairs were packed.  The line wrapped around the lobby multiple times.  Worse than any other cruise I have been one - this was my sixth cruise.

Did not do what they said.  So had to pay for international rates on my phone to get kinda fixed.  Everytime I called to talked to person who booked, she never called back so everytime I called I got a different person, who said a different thing.  Totally not happy with .  Cant believe that my siblings use you guys all the time.  Probably last time for me unless my husband does it.

I love this ship but the staff seemed to be either understaffed or off this week.  They were all very nice but always seemed behind or never able to catch up:( I felt sorry for the dinner staff, it was like being at a great restaurant where barely anyone showed up for work!  I saw way too many people needing help and no one to help them, it was esp bad for people in wheel chairs!!  Usually Carnival is always spot on for handicap people but this trip was horrible in that area. I saw people in wheel chairs needing help constantly! And the elevators were amazingly slow or not available at all. The food was very good and of course Guys burgers were the best burgers anywhere!!!!  This cruise director was one the best I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot. Ports were good as usual but the whole ship of Carnival seemed off:(  If you've never sailed you probably wouldn't see it as much but I have seen other ships run much better!  This is a beautiful ship and great to have in NO but the staff needs help!!!  Cruising is still an amazing deal for a vacation!
