This cruise was not my first so maybe I have higher expectations than what this ship was going to offer however having basic needs met for hospitality and food quality was despicable. I will not sail with Carnival again due to how I am not sure they can improve without a total restructuring of their Guest Services, Hospitality and Food Service departments.

Carnival does a good job with their entertainment! We enjoyed all the shows we were able to fit in our schedules! Bravo Carnival!

Our first time cruising & we loved every minute of it. 7 of us went & there was always something to do for everyone on the ship. From the food, the staff, to the entertainment. The ports also were amazing. I’m definitely coming back to Puerto Rico & St Thomas. I loved both of the islands.

I always have a wonderful time every time I go on a Carnival Cruise. I loved all the wonderful paintings that they have on board. I always enjoy the different foods and restaurants they have on board. I also enjoy doing the different activities they have. Once a cruiser always a cruiser. Can’t wait to do my next cruise or two in 2020.

Wonderful Caribbean Cruise, I had so much fun with my family.

We really enjoyed the cruise, for the most part (they could use some more smoking areas though, only one inside and two outside). I had a real issue with though. When I called up to ask questions about the cruise, the agent offered to book it for us. While she was doing that I questioned an offer I saw on their website offering (among other offers) $750 onboard ship credit for booking this cruise. She said she didn't know anything about it, but they were offering up to $300 (we only got $125 for a balcony suite). A couple of weeks later I was printing out my documents and saw that offer still on their website. I called her back. She put me on hold, then came back and told me that was only if you booked online. I KNOW she knew that when I questioned her on the phone the first time, she just wanted her commission or whatever. On top of that, I emailed her about that other $125 credit, because I didn't see it anywhere, TWICE and she NEVER answered me! I will never book with them again, they're too dishonest for me.

Terrific cruise. Initial concerns regarding Hurricane Dorian were a non issue. The weather was brilliant. The cruise was relaxing. The memories will last forever.

This was my 4th cruise and 3rd with carnival good entertainment, staff and food, nice ports of call I will be back on another boat ASAP and will continue to refer friends and family

It was a very nice cruise however there 651 youth on the cruise. The cruise was the week before many of the grade schools began. This was the third time we had taken this cruise.

to many people, for the small ship. not enough or good entertainment. Would not recommend this ship at all!

I enjoyed the cruise. The waters were a little rougher then my last cruise because the boat was swaying for three days straight. The lemonade was sweet compared to the last ship we were on. I had issues myself when I was on it that didnt have any thing to do with the cruise line.

This was a great experience for us!!! The service was amazing. Nenad, Ann and Kathleen from Renair Restaurant made our experience to a different level. They made us feel home and because of them I will take another cruise with Carnival. Thank you guys for everything you did for us. WAS INCREDIBLE!!!

If you like long cruises to different ports of call then this four port of call is for you. Make sure your valuables are lock inside your luggage not on any zippered side of bags. They have baggage handlers that look for things to take. I had to small vials of cologne taken out of the zippered side of one bag and a couple of single earrings. So, you live and you learn. We had 3500 people and 1200 personnel onboard. If you really, really want to enjoy a cruise like this make sure you have the money for the excursions. It is not cheap.

Overall we had a great time. Please consider a Disney style photo plan - all pictures for a set price. $20 per picture is way too much, especially with the number of picture we had taken. Why not an all digital download plan for $149???

MY EXPERIENCES W/ GUEST SERVICES PRIOR TO SAILING& MAITRE D WHO WAS LESS THAN ACCOMODATING IN HELPING ME BE WITH THE REST OF MY GROUP(25TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY: KELLY`S) ..THE KELLY`S NOT BEING ABLE TO RENEW THEIR VOWS/HAVING TO SHARE THEIR COCKTAIL HR WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!...THEY BOOKED 40 OF THEIR FAMILY& FRIENDS..THEY DESERVED BETTER..AS I SAID I`LL NEVER CRUISE W/ THIS LINE AGAIN..THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT MEMORABLE IN A POSITIVE WAY

Was great, good shows, steakhouse was fabulous. Dinner was ok, breakfast in Monet was awesome, brunch was delicious.

Great time spent with family. I just wish I could have worked after buying the internet package on a safe, on board computer with more privacy.

Conquest is a great ship! Everyone is super friendly. The itinerary is fantastic and if I did it again would have plenty of other things to see at the same stops. Highly recommend.

We all had fun and that’s all that matters 🤪 We learned a lot with it being our first cruise 🚢 so now next time we will know what to expect and exactly what to pack. We’re already looking for another cruise to book 😂
