We were on the Conquest in March. Fantastic ship. Older but decor is beautiful. Cabins spacious. Air and plumbing worked great. We had 2 balcony cabins and the cabin steward was able to open them to make 1 large balcony. Was wonderful. Cabin in perfect location right near elevator and took us directly down to MDR. We had cabins 7397 and 7401. Had dinner every night in MDR and was absolutely delicious. Someone in our family of 6 always had the flatiron steak and it always came out s perfect medium rare. Also had breakfast in MDR every morning. Do not care for buffets. Lunch we had Guys burgers, The Deli, pizza, or Blue Iguana. All very good, especially the Deli. We would definitely go on the Conquest again

Good but could have been better!

AS I PREVIOUSLY STATED BEFORE I LEFT NJ..I WILL NEVER CRUISE W/ THIS LINE AGAIN.. 2 MAIN ISSUES: SOPHIA FROM CUSTOMER SVCS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE-I ATTEMPTED TO ASKI A QUESTION& SHE SHUT ME DOWN BEFORE I COULD INQUIRE(I`M WORKING WITH A CUSTOMER!!)
