Do not get corner suite as we did. Everyone can see on your balcony and you could see right into theirs. Made it a bit uncomfortable to sit outdoors

Use forward and aft elevators. They are typically less busy than midship elevators. Check-in to dine sooner than later wait times were as long as an hour some nights.

Thermal spa was not as serene and relaxing as other Carnival ships, as well as, Havana deck not offering enough hot tubs, pools. Save your money and get another room on the ship. Culinary del Capitano

Go with my time dining; unless you are dead set on eating in your assigned dining room every night. In order to book any of the other three dining locations you can not make a reservation until after 7:30pm. Some walk up available but limited availability

If you are traveling with children, make sure you block that top bunk from the air conditioning. Be ready to take the stairs because the elevators are small. If you want to experience the roller coaster or the water slides, do that as soon as possible in case you run into windy days.

Be patient when using the small elevators. Enjoy the dinning venues. Get there early for the Big Top Show as it's awesome.

Wear your comfy walking shoes. Be prepared to walk between different venues and places to eat and be entertained. There is no way around this fact on any ship, but especially for one this size.

Please arrive early for shows on Center Stage also choose a seat where you can watch the entire show May seats are instructed views.

When going somewhere on the other end of the ship, follow the hallway on your floor to the elevator near the area you are going to. This saves walking and people dodging.

Pack comfortable shoes. It is huge! Watch out for mobility scooters. There had to be 50 of them, parked everywhere.

It’s really a great ship, we had a great time, was the first cruise on Carnival. We cruised Royal Caribbean and Princess and are impressed with this cruise.
