Nice cruise to see somethings we had not seen before. Going with family made it special.

We waited 3 years for this cruise. Had booked in 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid. Re booked this one. Our overall experience wasn’t great. 2 days before end of trip my husband and I caught Covid.

Just returned Dec 9 from 10 day Partial Transit Panama Canal out of Ft Lauderdale. Booked balcony mini suite which was great until we returned from a rain filled all day shore excursion to find our room completely torn apart because they decided to do upgrade work that was best suited for the shipyard, not while guests onboard. All I wanted was to shower and change since we had reservations that night in the Crown Grill. After a rude assistant to the Hotel Manager offered me a free drink( mind you we bought the drink package) I insisted that the Hotel Manager, Antonio Romano, seek me out. We met him ashore the next port call and he agreed with me that it was rude to perform shipyard style maintenance while guests were onboard. He upgraded us to club class dining and offered us $1,000 future cruise credit, which I asked to have in writing. He did email us a letter to that regard. On Dec 7 we decided to book another cruise with Princess. I paid $200 with my credit card and produced the credit letter given to me by Romano. For the past month I have inquired of Princess why my account only shows $100 credit card deposit and why I do not se the $1,000 credit. Call after call both to my travel agent Vacations to Go and to princess no one could iunfderstand the difference between a genuine cash credit and an onboard credit. We were given a cash credit for future cruise, not an onboard credit. We paid $200 not $100 on the credit card. I finally gave up in disgust and cancelled the trip. After 4 bookings with Vacations to Go they have lost my business, as an email to the boss, Mr Fox yielded no response. Once again, a company, Princess, has gone the route of hiring offshore telephone operators that do not understand English well or US business practice. Theywill never get my business again, not Vacations To Go evidently do not care how important repeat business is, and that it is the most cost effective means of ensuring a company's success.

We are platinum members with Princess. This is the first cruise that I can say was horrible. We have another cruise plan for April. If we hadn’t already purchased plane tickets we would’ve canceled. Princess needs to step it up.

Lot if sea days on this cruise o would do it again

Old ship, poor food selection in dining room and buffet. Last time on Princess just barely a step above Carnival. Going back to HAL!!

I love Celebrity But this is the dirtiest ship I was ever on. Outside of the ship needs major attention.

Overall a descent cruise despite the lack of entertainment variety.

Lovely classic ship made the days at sea even better!

An all-round great trip with a very friendly crew, many interesting locations.

Great Itinerary. NYC Port of Call should be Manhattan, no Brooklyn. Boston should be a full day port of call.

I loved this cruise but it IS port intensive, so not a lot of relaxing/sea days were the norm! It was July, so the weather was very humid (for a West coast boy) and very uncomfortable at times. The Caribbean Princess was marvelous and there were a few complaints but overall it was a wonderful vacation!

Princess has really gone down hill since our last cruise.

The ports of call were great. Nice weather. Get away from the Florida heat. We got COVID and it was mild but at end of trip. We didn’t take any special precautions other than having 4 COVID vaccine’s and already had COVID years ago! Ship got a lot of bad reviews but they are not accurate, the ship is old but it’s like a classic car. Service couldn’t have been better. Embarkation was a nightmare.

Been there. Done that. Too many times. All Caribbean cruise ports are the same. T shirts, 'approved' shops. Same old hustle everywhere. It soon becomes less vacation and more of an endurance test.

Overall we had a better time then Carnival cruise we took month earlier. We're middle aged and enjoy the not so much party time anymore. Was a chill time with great food for most part and no rain so who can complain not I.

We loved our cruise. We love Princess, they do an outstanding job. There were noticeable differences in performance compared to pre-covid standards but there was nothing to really complain about. We have a great experience and ready to continue cruising with Princess.

Love every moment of a Princess Cruise! The staff is always friendly and outgoing. The feeling of sleeping while aboard.....I sleep so well!

I will cruise princess again. They have a loyal customer. Wish their casino rewards were better. 7000 points in the casino for the week And their offer was an interior state room with $250 free play. Not impressed. Oh and I’ll get to it later but the internet is lacking.
