Great layout, Easy access to all public venues. Excellent service.

As a frequent cruiser, this cruise line is one of the better ones. The shows were great and the scheduling very accommodating--repeating shows on different nights. "The Sancturay" was the best, very relaxing, especially after having a couple's massage in the Cabana. Access to an adult pool, was also nice.

ship was nice and well kept - but crew was terrible. I was badly injured and they were terrible to me. Took them 45 minutes to reach me when injured and were very rude. Had to order cereal for room service every morning - when going to buffet they would not even help me with my tray, etc. just dumped me in my stateroom!

I recently sailed on the Caribbean Princess. Princess does not accomodate those under 35 in entertainment and average age of passengers. The food and staff were amazing, however, when it came time to socialize there were only one bar/night club openned after 12pm. This was the most disappointing part of the shit as we were forced to do the same thing every evening. The ports that ship pulled into were very nice (minus Gran Turk and the fact that we weren't able to port at Bermuda because of the size of our ship). The balcony and inside staterooms were good size, however the shower/bathroom space were VERY TINY. Compared to NCL, which I have sailed with twice, everythign from entertainment, food and stateroom amentiies were 100% better. I would not recommend this ship to anyone under 35. However, the only redeeming qualities of this ship lied in their Under the Stars movie theatre and their very efficient and friendly staff. They were awesome!

We've cruised several times, this the first with Princess. The ship was beautiful, well thought out, easy to figure out. Service was disappointing.

It was very big and very crowded on decks, architecture was very pretty and there was a lot of attention paid to details.

2nd time on ship. Have traveled on many mega ships and this one is by far one of the best. Fabulous food and activities for everyone. Not a whole lot of children and seemed to host upper middle class travelers. Great time and will travel on this ship again.

This was my first cruise and I was very impressed with the ship and the islands. Everything was beautiful. The food was restaurant quality for the most part, and the crew was friendly. My only disappointment was having to be back on the ship by 4:30 some days and 5:30 the others. I would have loved to experience the night life on some of the islands.

Overall my experience was a good one. There were a few things I'd change, like the fact that we did not get to dine in all dining rooms. I tried to eat dinner at a restaurant on my birthday night and was turned down. The day of disembarkation was not very pleasant. Breakfast was rushed and the waiter ignored my coffee request about 3 times. Another passenger at another table had to bring it to their attention! That was bad! I don't like the fact that everything had to be charged to your shipboard account. This creates a problem when trying to keep everything budgeted properly. I was enticed into buying two coupon books for $50 which was completely worthless! I did enjoy the ports however, which was one of the things that drew me to this particular cruise. The staff was pretty friendly and accommodating, with the exception of the dining experience, the cruise was a pretty good one!

This was our first cruise and it was wonderful the service and friendly staff made it all the more enjoyable we will definately concider going again on a Princess Cruise.

Although we had a good time, my wife and I agreed that this cruise was not as good as the other 3 we have taken with Princess. I can't put my finger on the specific issue so maybe it was just us but it didn't seem like people laughed as much as our last cruise. The embarkation process seemed to take a long time. Not all the check in stations were manned. We arrived after 3 as the cruise line suggested but it still took in excess of an hour to get on the ship from the time we arrived at the cruise terminal. We also had a shore excursion conflict on Antigua. Luckily we discovered the mix up in our ticket package but it would have been nice if the shore excursion desk was more proactive. Instead we had to find the error. It turned out that we made our reservations on the web but the tour operator cancelled at the last moment. The shore excursion desk just moved the time without checking to see if we had another excursion planned. The itinerary was great but we caught a bad break on the timing. All the shops were closed on Barbados due to a holiday. The same thing happened later in the cruise when we were in St. Thomas. This was not all that big a deal to me but if you like to shop a lot then you would have been disappointed.

Great! The ship is absolutely beautiful and kept very clean.

This was my husband and I fifth cruise, but our first on Princess Cruise Lines. We have cruised Royal Caribbean and Carnival in the past. We chose Princess because the ports were different than the other cruises we have been on. The initial boarding of the ship was easy. Once on the ship we purchased the drink for the week deal where you pay an upfront price to get your refill of soda all week, what a waste of money that was! First the soda was watered down and every time we went to have it filled no matter which bar we went to on the ship, we got the same irritated attitude like we were asking them to do something that was a waste of their time. Second, the food on the ship was horrible and flavorless. This is the only cruise I have been on where I didn't gain weight, which was a surprise since I wasn't able to exercise because their fitness center was so hot it was impossible to get a decent workout.

The ship is refurbished and very nice and clean. Loved our stateroom and it was an inside stateroom!! The shower set up ( even though still has a curtain) is very nice, wonderful water pressure and a variable showerhead! Also really appreciated the little fridge in the room. Did seem to have a lot of rolling on the waves, but just rocked us to sleep.

This was the second time we cruised on this ship, We sailed from Florida and this time from Puerto Rico...I miss the little towel animals they made for us on the first cruise The food was not as great for some reason...when we went late at night to the 24 hour Cafe Caribe, was like old cold food leftovers....the ports we visisted were nice except Dominica...the crew staff was nice, no complaint...but be carefull at what you buy during the cruise...believe me it adds up....

This was our 1st time on Princess & we were impressed. Well run with a very professional & courteous staff. All the ports were great, but with 5 ports, one after the other, there wasn't much down time. We opted for the Anytime dining & we really enjoyed meeting different people at every meal. The Santuary, an adult only (not topless) additional fee area at the front of the ship,was a pleasant surprise & if we hadn't gotten off at every port we would have taken advantage of it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RUDE RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEES...FOOD HARDLY EDIBLE

This was our 12th cruise but FIRST on Princess line. Never again will we sail on this line. I spent 3 days sick with food poisoning- my husband got food posioning as well. we were very disappointed to find that this cruise line is clearly for elders. We are in late 40's/early 50's and cruised during school vacation. There were literally 13 kids on board!!! we have 11 yr old twins who saved their money to use in the arcade on the ship. Well, on this ship you have to be 13 or older to use it!!! Next, kids go to get an ice cream sundae and of course they charge for it at $3.75 a pop!! There wasn't a juice machine like ohther cruise lines have (cranberry, orange, apple). I bought a soda "card" for the week and they would not allow me to have a diet coke CAN--only fountain drinks. The diet coke was so flat you couldn't even drink it! My son cut his hand by the pool on a piece of metal on the wrap around bench and had to go the ships doctor...he needed stitches and they have the gall to charge us $250.00 when it was clearly negligence on their part. Food was absoultely horrendous...it was by far, the worst cruise we have ever been on!!!
