This cruise was awesome! The food was delicious, we had the best waiter on the entire ship, his name is Joko. The ship is old and will go on dry dock later this year, so once is refurbished it will be amazing. Will cruise on this ship again.

Second cruise on the Caribbean Princess, truly enjoyed our week. Met nice people, weather was ideal, no complaints at all.

Very good experience, highly recommend . Very impressed with the whole trip. Everything was very efficient. We had a problem with our toilet and the issue was handled promptly. Embarkment and disembarkment was quick and easy, other companies should take note. Was not impressed with the food, it had a bland taste to both me and my husband.

Staff and food was fantastic. Room service did have issues getting food to your cabin (if at all) and not enough variety for breakfast. Staterooms beds were very comfortable. Would definitely research more & choose different excursions next time. Spa massage was fantastic and Band on board was amazing.

I'm so glad we went, it was a wonderful, exciting experience. The ship was big but not overwhelmingly big. Having your choice of pools (depending on your mood) was really nice. The bingo games and casino were a lot of fun. Our snorkeling excursion in the Cayman's was awesome! Then we found a small beach right by the port where we could swim and hang out with drinks for the afternoon. The Beach in Roatan was beautiful and free, with beach chairs and palm trees a bar and food and you could walk to it. There were shops and a nature trail and music! Unfortunately, besides the river boat ride we took in Belize (which was great, especially our host, Joyce), I was very disappointed with that port. It was small, congested and had barbed wire fence at each end so there was nowhere safe to walk to and nothing to do. In Cozumel, For a very good price, we went to a private beach where we could snorkel, use kayaks or paddleboard and spent the whole day there and it was assume!!

I will never cruise with Princess again. The ship was in mechanical failure before we left port and we lost time because of that, not storms. I saw roaches on the pizza stand on deck 15. The Piazza and elevators near the casino smelled like cigarettes from people smoking in the casino. Awful trip!

This ship has engine problems that they knew about before we sailed. Could not go as fast as it should. We got to ports late and did not have a lot of time at the ports. This ship was going out again when we left the ship. It was more like just a nice boat ride. I would not recommend this ship until issues are fixed. Everyone was shorted on their trip.

I loved the casino!!! The ship's grand casino was not tight and many people hit the jackpot. I hit on my first night got comped free play for my next trip and I get an upgrade mini suite. I would look for a different ship on the princess line though. I enjoyed our wait staff and although there was not a whole lot of shows that caught my eye there were certainly other things to keep you occupied. This was my first time on Princess and I would do it again but I would probably just stick to the buffet or specialty dining.

This was a perfect anniversary getaway for us. We signed up for next year as well. One complaint is that our stateroom showers were usually cold on the D deck

The cruise was excellent. Easiest onboarding experience we have ever had! Great entertainment throughout the week

Our only complaint was the smoking in the casino. I ended up with a sore throat because of all the smoke. Even though smokers were restricted to near the slot machines, we saw many people walking around the tables smoking and vaping. Smokers should be restricted to the Wheelhouse Bar so non-smokers are not forced to inhale the smoke. Majority of people don’t want smoking in the casino and it is a shame that Princess does not protect the health of their passengers. Worst thing about this cruise.

Not worth it with many better cruise lines, this is our 19th and surely the worse experience.

Was nice cruise but ship showing age. Some item like lights along walk ways lots not working. Lots of were on it signs just not fixed. We paid for the spa for the week. The hot beds and steam rooms. Don't waste your money. They have sanas and steam room for free right off the gym. Adult pool way way too small. Like 10 chairs and zero shade. The buffet way too small for this size ship and food wasn't great. The staff and service was great. Loved the pendants and the application. Was on this ship about 8 years ago. Will do Princess again some day but a newer ship. Have another line I prefer to use since taking vacation time and it's important to choose what you like

We've gone on Carnival and Norwegian. Princess was the most enjoyable.

Itinerary was great and this was a very relaxing vacation. The staff was very attentive, very helpful and friendly. The ship has been renovated but the cabins still seem outdated. Main dining menu was disappointing however the buffet was amazing! More outlets needed in cabins. Two Captains’ dinners is unnecessary. People sign up for 7 dinners in the main dining rooms and feel excluded if they don’t want to wear a tuxedo or ball gown for two nights. Some people enjoy dressing up, others do not. The buffet was packed both nights.

This cruise, week 1 and week 2 were clearly overbooked. You couldn’t do anything without waiting or standing. We had 2 different crew members actually get in our face and argue with us. This cruise was not a vacation. It was a full time job to maneuver getting meals, getting a drink, and seeing a show.

I think cheap cruises gets the worst of the worst cabins. It’s better to go through the cruise line itself. You’re not saving when you use anyone other than the cruise line.

I will cruise with Princess again. The service was worth it.

Wonderful Caribbean Cruise and exceptional staff, in the Dining Isla Restaurant, Nely, Agust , Supervisor Fernando, hosted Monica and Sherleeny , also in the Loving areas , licorice and jewelry, International Cafe, and Buffet

The weather was great and the ports were lovely. I did not get the wifi pkg so I was truly able to disconnect from distractions at home.
