Review summary

This cruise, week 1 and week 2 were clearly overbooked. You couldn’t do anything without waiting or standing. We had 2 different crew members actually get in our face and argue with us. This cruise was not a vacation. It was a full time job to maneuver getting meals, getting a drink, and seeing a show.

Couldn’t agree more same issues with manager in buffet getting in my face so unprofessional This ship is falling apart needs to retire so many issues just terrible Long time cruiser last time princess The ac is broken most of the ship it’s a sweat box

Sorry you didn’t have a good time. Strange that other guests on that same cruise reported having a good vacation. Every cruise I’ve been on started with being put in a holding room before being allowed to board. If that’s a complaint then I wouldn’t cruise because that will never improve. I can’t imagine a circumstance where I would get in an argument with a crew member, let alone that happening twice on one cruise.
