We've gone on Carnival and Norwegian. Princess was the most enjoyable.

Very fast to get luggage and go through all of the embarkment checks.

We tried about every regular dining. They all we EXCELLENT! the food was like a high class restaurant. Unbelievable for all the meals they prepare. If you want a quick bite the buffets had a great selection. The only issue would be if you wanted to dine in one of the Specialty Dinning rooms.
