We were never notified that Princess would not be going to Grand Cayman and two other top-notch ports, substituted for Mexico ports. Had we known this, we would have sailed from Galveston Texas (within driving distance for us) instead of leaving from Ft. Lauderdale. Calls to Princess, approximately 7, left us on hold for over an hour.

Princess has a few issues with their new Medallion App. If you can get past those, it was a very enjoyable trip. We were very happy that we had booked through instead of directly with the cruise line.

We had a fantastic time. Wearing masks did not impede any of our activities. It was good to be back cruising!

What a great vacation. A few hiccups at first. But most issues we’re worked out within a few days. Love this classic cruise experience with great service and relaxed yet not boring vibe

The room was too small & cramped for a balcony room at that price. The ship was having to do a deep clean sanitation which is probably why they were late leaving & arriving in the ports. The cleaning process went on for the first few days. Dried spray was all over the store fronts & elevators. We were afraid to touch anything for fear of catching a dreaded disease. They allowed 2 crew to board our ship from another Princess ship carrying Coronavirus & told us nothing about it until we were not allowed to port. They said they would refund our excursions that were missed due to this and the CDC denying us to port. We have not seen any refund for the excursions which were purchased through Princess. The only refund was $75 for our inconvenience. They should have cancelled the cruise & refunded 100% to everyone. That would have been the ethical thing to do.

Would not take Princess again. Disappointed with cabin, ship and food.

We want be taking another cruise with Princes because a few years a go we went through the same thing it had a virus we had to be handed everything then so that does it with us

Unfortunately the norovirus had taken this ship over and many passengers were sick and quaranteed. It made us very uncomfortable and nervous about getting sick. The staff tried their best to keep it clean. When Princess advised us that we were docking a day earlier, we had to make our own hotel reservations for the night we had to spend in Fort Lauderdale before our flight home. They did not help us in any way. I am shocked at the way we were treated. Princess will be hearing from me. I have been on Princess for about 14 cruises and to be treated this way is disgusting.

Our ship experienced an epidemic of Norovirus affecting guests and crew. We did not get sick ourselves. I felt that Princess went above and beyond to try and make things right for us and will definitely book another with them

What began as a great escape from winter/anniversary trip became a disappointment due to illness on the ship, missing many ports and ending with the ship turning around and returning to the home port early. This was totally due to a GI sickness running rampant through the ship, so the right thing was done and the compensation was fair, luckily we were fortunate to not getting sick. We will try this cruise again at another time.

Princess is still a favorite with us. This was a fun trip with perfect weather. I would go again.

Been there, done that. Not enough draw that I feel compelled to go back with exceptions of Costa Rica for more time in rainforest and have a beach experience AND Grand Cayman to snorkel with rays and reef.

We are disappointed that so much misinformation is given by both cruise lines and shore excursion companies about how "scary" it is if you dare stray out on your own. In our 15 years of cruising, this was only the second time we did a shore excursion with the ship, and only out of necessity. Princess does a nice job of maintaining their ships. We had a lot of yummy food (but no gelato to be found). All staff was friendly and helpful. Do your research before you go if you want to save a lot of money at the various ports.

It was a very nice trip overall! The ports and the sea days were action packed, we plan on doing another one soon!

Incredible ports for sure. Ship was outdated and underperformed in so many ways. Great company and great ports were the only thing to save this trip!

Everything was excellent. Pools on ship could be a little warmer. Is lotus spa free if we have a suite? Still don't know the answer. When I got to spa they said no. When booking it said yes.

Overall, I would recommend this cruise to anyone, but particularly to anyone who is appreciative of great engineering accomplishments, which the Panama Canal certainly is.

Overall, the cruise was excellent and can't say enough nice things about the Caribbean Princess and staff. I would say that some of the ports disappointed, but this may may have been more a function of not choosing the best excursions, rather than what the destinations may really have to offer. If Panama is on your bucket list, this cruise may be the one for you!

Would find another ship, this one needs a major overhaul. i was drawn in by the many different ports, but after visited them i would only recommend Barbados, Curacao and Aruba.
