Loved the ports of call, sailing time was very disappointing. Cost was outrageous compared to the fact that we had to purchase drink packages just to get water and soda. The food that was included was not good, I got sick one evening. The ship rocked so bad at times we couldn’t sleep.

Great cruise. Enjoyed 4 sea days and 3 ports. Nice balance to relax and explore.

Had a wonderful itinerary. 2 days cruising, 3 days in ports, 2 days cruising. Very relaxing and weather quite sunny and warm. Enjoyed the ABC islands and the ship itself.

We had a wonderful time! Food was delicious. Ship was very clean.

I’m an emerald member so this wasn’t my first rodeo. Service could be better. They seemed under-staffed. The public bathrooms and public areas needed to be cleaned better. Food was average and ship seemed crowded. This was the first cruise that didn’t have the free drink machines where you could get water, tea, and flavored water. All they had was water jugs in the promenade cafe that tasted bad. Plus, the promenade cafe was always dirty. Splurge for the bottles of Evian for your room. And get your coffee from the Starbucks. The free coffee was terrible. Stateroom attendant left a cleaning rag in our bathroom 4 of the 8 nights (gross). I let him know the 2nd and 3rd time. The 4th time was our last night, so i couldn’t tell him again. Also, the bed was ridiculously hard. Other than that the cabin was fine ( we had a balcony cabin). Plenty of room. My wife is vegan, which i let them know before the cruise and each time we booked a specialty restaurant. Still had issues. The entertainment was great , especially the rock cover band “Switched On”. Probably the best cruise band I’ve seen. Casino and shops were nice. The MDR has a nightly vegan menu which was great. But the specialty restaurants seemed to have issues with it, unlike previous cruises. They almost seemed put out. The windjammer buffet was average. Johnny Rockets was good and had a veggie burger for the wife. Finding a table for breakfast was next to impossible. The worst I’ve ever experienced. It was my first Xmas holiday cruise and I’m wondering if this is why we had these crowd issues. Of all my RCCL cruises, this was the most underwhelming and unsatisfying. Still better than being at work.

There was an itinerary change prior to boarding due to the weather. We still went to all the ports of call but in different order than originally planned.

Great vacation! Loved the ship, service and food! Lots of fun!

We booked an Owner's Suite and the experience started even before we boarded. The concierge contacted us ahead of time and had all of our specialty dining set as well as the notification to housekeeping about my Cpap. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Très heureuse de ma première croisière, la mer était très agitée, dernier jour en mer toutes les activités extérieures ont été annulées, piscine vide juste les spa étaient ouverts. Les lits sont parfait on a super bien dormi, très tranquille. Super belle expérience! Le navire est super et le employés sont très gentils.

Overall we were very pleased with every aspect of the cruise. We enjoyed the shows, activities, and just relaxing.

Disembarking was a nightmare, and caused us to miss our flight...a 10:00 flight with docking that morning at 5, and it usually only takes us an hour or so after that time to haul our own stuff and get to the airport 20 minutes away. This time was the worst disembarkation we have ever had. We have sailed with RCCL14 times prior to this.

We take several cruises a year and this one by far was the worst due to not enough activities and not impressed with ports. Employee on the NEXT cruise area did not care enough to help get a better price on the next cruise. We did let her know we already booked one in advance for next year but she could careless. Didn't seem really interested or want to be bothered. We were going to upgrade our room but due to her attitude we might just cancel all together with Royal Caribbean. Carnival on our 2nd cruise at least tried to beat the price and worked with us were as Royal employees do not care. That was our take away, thanks but no thanks

I loved the ABC Islands. All ports were very nice. The two sea days at the beginning and end of the cruise are a lot. There was not a lot of interesting activities onboard during the sea days, so we were bored at times.
