Review summary

We booked an Owner's Suite and the experience started even before we boarded. The concierge contacted us ahead of time and had all of our specialty dining set as well as the notification to housekeeping about my Cpap. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

We ate in specialty restaurants most of the time. We did eat in the MDR on formal night and that was the one forgettable meal.

We loved the cabin. The only issue was with the jacuzzi tub not working properly.

We went to the Tulum Ruins on the mainland. The only issue was the rough ride on the ferry to get to Playa Del Carmen. Had an excellent tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the Mayas and the area.
