We went to a lot of activities, they were great. The only bad thing was that sometimes we did not find seats but we still saw the activity and had a great time.

The size was great for a couple. The bed was comfortable, and the cabin was always clean. Our steward, Juan from Nicaragua, was super nice!
Ship tip
You can visit the Helipad, nice to see the stars at night.
It took a lot of time, but other cruisers said that it was very abnormal what we experienced. We were so happy about our vacation that we did not mind, but some people lost their flights because of it.
Welcome to cruising and glad you enjoyed it. You certainly picked a good size ship and a great cruiseline to start with. There are more itineraries and there are different RCCL ships and ship sizes to experience, each with different strong points. Too bad you had to experience a slow disembarkation but you also were able see why you never book a flight before noon on disembarkation day. Cruise lines can invest in a good port facility which you experienced on embarkation day but they cannot control customs processing of passengers and the clearing of the ship at the port other than to make sure the ship arrives on time. I'm sure people that book flights before noon have a good reason but it's risky and a good way to add lots of stress to the end of a wonderful vacation.
Going on Adventure in August. Can't wait! We were on it several years ago. Anxious to see the updates. Loved the ship back then! Another beautiful ship to cruise on is, Anthem! She is big and beautiful! We were on it 2 years ago during February break. A LOT of kids, BUT we hardly saw or had problems because it is a big ship!
