Review summary

We take several cruises a year and this one by far was the worst due to not enough activities and not impressed with ports. Employee on the NEXT cruise area did not care enough to help get a better price on the next cruise. We did let her know we already booked one in advance for next year but she could careless. Didn't seem really interested or want to be bothered. We were going to upgrade our room but due to her attitude we might just cancel all together with Royal Caribbean. Carnival on our 2nd cruise at least tried to beat the price and worked with us were as Royal employees do not care. That was our take away, thanks but no thanks

Service was good

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Not as clean as it could have been at times. Tables still had lots of plates etc. which held up sitting down to eat at times

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Can't stand the beds where they come apart. Never stays together and is very uncomfortable. The cleaning lady tried to help with additional padding but it didn't really help.

Talk about a half cup empty glass kind of people. Are you sure there wasn't any more to complain about

How naive are you. It’s not Royal Caribbean’s employees job to search other cruise lines prices! If you want that, go to a travel agent! That is like asking a Mercedes dealer to match a Kia dealer prices. I am by no means a seasoned cruiser , but I do have enough common sense to do some research on my own.

I was on this same sailing with my family. We had a great time.

Your review has been reported as fraudulent due to your background. Next cruise agents are not in the business of matching prices of other lines and never have been between Royal or any cruise line.

I loved that ship. Never a dull moment.

If I had to choose Royal or Carnival it is no choice. Royal all the way! We have never had a problem with Royal, sales several times with them. Your trip is what you make it. The beds are fine and don’t come apart either.

We loved those ports. We also feel Royal Caribbean has lots of activities if you want to be busy. Not sure why you didn't like ports, you need excursions to see a new place.

Wow!! We took the same itinerary on AoS last month and loved it. We loved the ports, found more than enough to do on the ship, enjoyed the variety and quality of the food in both the dining room and buffet, got upgraded to an outside view family suite overlooking the bow and thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. I’m not sure what more anyone could want.

Did a B2B on Adventure 2 years ago and was Loads to do and staff excellent. The 3 ports also excellent with lots on offer.
