Review summary

This was our 3rd cruise . By far the worst food and most dated ship. Definitely not worth the cost.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Had to buy diner packages at the specialty restaurants because the food in the main dining room was inedible. The presentation was good , but the quality was awful. The buffet was decent. enough.

Embarking went very smooth Disembarking was very disorganized. Ship staff seemed to get their part done pretty well, but Port employees were yelling at everyone and had poor communication with each other

Better luck next cruise

Was on sailing right before yours. Ship isn't rundown, MDR food was fine, I couldn't call it inedible. If you get breakfast, disembark by your tag number and use the porter's, your disembark experience would have been better. But I do agree Terminal 29 at Ft. Lauderdale isn't the best.

Sounds like a fake review. 95% of previous reviews give the ship 4 or 5 stars. Don’t believe a word you wrote. If you are that hard to please maybe you should remain on a Disney type of vacation.

If the service & staff were great, why only 2 stars?

We are sailing on AOS in 2 weeks. We sailed on this ship in April and loved it. We are looking forward to our Jan. 12 return cruise.

Yikes! Cruised AOS Christmas 2018. Was one of the best cruises. The ship overall was clean and in good shape. I hope your next cruise is better.

It sounds like cruising may not be for you. We were on the same ship on the same itinerary last month and did not encounter any of the things that you mentioned. We did not see anything that looked rundown or outdated, the food in the dining room and the buffets were excellent as far as quality and selection, we enjoyed most of the entertainment and found more things to do than we could fit in during the cruise. Debarkation was the smoothest and fastest we have done. We did self debarkation, carried our own luggage, left our cabin at 6:30 AM and we’re through customs with no wait and at the airport by 7 AM.
