Brillance of the sea is no more. Ship is dated. Better entertainment is needed and a diversity of food as well. The photographers only has three poses. I bought the package and all my pictures have the save three poses. My picture are three quarters by beautiful shoes were cut off. What a disappointment

The Marina was our first cruise experience and we could not be more pleased with our cruise. The itinerary was perfect with each stop thrilling and beautiful. The entire experience was 5 star!

Overall it was a great experience. The cruise allows you to see a lot of Europe and explore what you might want to go back to. We love the cruise experience b/c it also allows one place to unpack rather than living out of a suitcase for the week.

A great itinerary starting in Venice and ending up in Barcelona with just 2 sea days which were used to rest from the port intensive cruise. The food was fine with some meals being better than the others, but all were fine.

For me and my wife, the best part of this cruise was our stateroom. The size of the room, the comfortable bed and a good size bathroom with two separate sinks made our trip very pleasant. Greatly appreciated the complementary upgrade.

We truly enjoyed this Rhine cruise from the accommodations, to the staff, to the places we toured and the guides who helped us. It could not have been better. Viking did an excellent job, thanks.

This was our second sailing on this ship. High level of service overall. Not completely consistent, however. Ship needs an update from top to bottom! Looks tired and dated. Gym was in terrible shape; equipment not working, vinyl coverings torn, no video or TV working. Poor/limited wifi service offered. Sailed with another couple so the much older population didn't bother us. May sail again after the expansion and update this spring. We'll see what the offers look like and what real updates are done.....

We had a fabulous time. Ports were everything we hoped for. Ship was nice, food in main dining room was good, service was ok, specialty resturants not worth the money. Entertainment excellent, Sue and her team excellent. Ship itself and facilities not quite as nice as other ships we have been on.

Cruise ship is very comfortable and the weather was exceptional. Our suite was good and the cafes and restaurants were good. The ports along the Adriatic coast are interesting and well worth a visit. As always, due to departure times, it is not possible to spend as much time as desired in most of the ports. We have sailed on other cruises which offered more appealing theatrical entertainment and classes on topics such as Microsoft photo software.

The ship itself is NOT great. It rocks more than other ships, but this particular itinerary is awesome. Just be aware that in several of the ports (as stated above) there is NOTHING WORTH SEEING UNLESS you take a shore excursion.

We chose this cruise based on the itinerary and not the cruise line. The ship needs a desperate update and maintenance. The staff needs more training and work on consistency of standards.

Love this cruise line, especially the food and staff! Every port gave me a great experience. The perks from Norwegian are a great incentive for loyal customers. Can't wait to plan our next one!

It's a fantastic ship- staff REALLY cares. Don't be daunted by the large size- you don't feel it feel crowded in common areas- plenty of places to seclude yourself!

Okay. I understand the ship was built in France, therefore, rooms are smaller. There were not enough trivia or other games during the day. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for some activites--- bowling and the icebar. The staff was not very friendly.

Will never use Norwegian again. I am so disappointed in them that I️ will now go out of my way to tell everyone how bad they were to us. The ports of call need to be longer and the staff needs a lesson in manners.

The cruise was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who loves beautiful sites and history. Take advantage of the hospitality of the folks who live in these places. The people were friendly for the most part and most of them spoke English.

Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and would certainly take another one! We liked all of the ports that were visited. We did enjoy the Freestyle dining, but also missed the serviced associated with a set dining time and waitstaff that follows you (Disney).

I love this cruise line and my experience. Once you have cruised with Crystal and enjoyed the fantastic food and service, you will look at Crystal offerings before considering any other.

It was an excellent cruise. A very busy cruise, but I felt we had ample time for rest in between ports. The staff was excellent. The food was better than other cruises we have been on. The dancers and singers were excellent. Jane Curry, a special guest entertainer was superb. Phil collins impersonator was bad. tribute to Elton John was more of an impersonation and should not have been. The "comedian" was actually spiritual medium.....Not acceptable. Overall the cruise was great!!

The ship and its crew were top notch! The weather was perfect and the ports were varied and beautiful. We have cruised over 30 times and this one ranks as one of the best.
