I love this cruise line and my experience. Once you have cruised with Crystal and enjoyed the fantastic food and service, you will look at Crystal offerings before considering any other.

The ship just returned from being dry docked for a month after a major renovation. It was not completed on a timely basis and some of the cabin suites were not ready. Why 5 stars? Because #$@! happens and the cruise line did everything they could to accommodate for the inconvenience. They had to keep the ship in port 1 extra day but gave a complementary shore excursion. They comped each passenger $150 and modified the rest of the cruise dates by dropping a day at sea. So we got more time in Lisbon and less floating in the Mediterranean.

Crystal is a classy adult themed cruise line. If you are looking for water slides and rock climbing, go somewhere else.
