Review summary

Will never use Norwegian again. I am so disappointed in them that I️ will now go out of my way to tell everyone how bad they were to us. The ports of call need to be longer and the staff needs a lesson in manners.

Awful, no one was there to help. They didn’t even have pens to fill out required paperwork but would not let you board without filling so we had to scramble to find a pens. Than the staff had the audacity to ask to keep our pen!

Terrible again! The staff was very rude throughout. There was only three nice staff members the rest were very rude.

What activities? The activities were horrible. Only one good show to speak of and nothing on going.

There was rust and dirty sheets upon checking in. We needed them to make up the cabin after we were in the ship.

Norwegian is a huge disappointment with this one.

Atrocious. My daughter bought a coffee and the bar tender said it would charge her debit card. They removed her from our party and held her on ship and made her pay twice to get off the ship.

I think cruises are what you make of them. I have loved the cruises we have been on. Sometimes things aren’t perfect but in my life things never go perfect. The last cruise my husband and I were in we played every game they had with the cruise director and staff and we had a complete blast.

For every bad review there’s a dozen good ones! Got to make up your own mind, but I’ve not had a ‘bad’ cruise with any cruise line -perhaps it’s down to expectations ??

Only had minor issues w/ NCL thus far. Heading out on the Star in 2 weeks, a lil bit disappointed to hear this.
