At Belize there were 4 large ships trying to use the same tender service, we had to cancel our excursion cause we couldn’t get to shore in a timely manner.

Loved the boat and staff. The food was below par for a cruise ( in the dining room). Buffet was OK. Occasionally there was a mild sewer odor in cabin. Air spray took care of the problem. Avi (steward) was excellent and sweet.

Although this site wants to rate our overall experience at 3.2, I would make it a 2.2. Worst ship and cruise line we've been on. We spoke to other passengers who felt the same. Bad food, bad entertainment. They nickel and dime you for everything.

As being a platinum I feel I am able to say with some experience that this was the worst NCL cruise to date for us.

Overall the cruise was just ok. NCL wouldn’t be my first choice to sail on again but I would still consider sailing with them in the future. I know a few people who might enjoy it more than I did.

Very good first cruise experience, but if you don't have kids, save yourself the inconvenience and go on an adults only cruise to accommodate the only issues I had with this cruise.

Had a great trip overall. Only concern was the one at the Costa maya Port I mentioned.

Got on the ship right away, enjoyed lunch, entertainment was not nearly as good as other royal Caribbean cruises and we have sailed many times. We were not able to go to costa Maya due to weather but no offer of a refund. Did we pay taxes for this port?

This cruise set the bar high for any future cruises we may take. The port of calls may be better but I don’t think the staff could be any better. Unlike my local area wait staff the staff on the boat were always smiling, friendly, courteous and appeared to enjoying their jobs.

Would highly recommend it and surprised at how easy it was to find open chairs and lounges. Loved it!

Really unhappy with this cruise experience. It was my adult sons’ first cruise and they said they’d never go on a cruise again.

We have sailed many times with Carnival Cruise . Wanted to give celebrity a try but your cancellation policy/celebrity switched our excursion really put a bad taste in my mouth for our first cruise with celebrity

The cruise was from Miami to Cozumel. Overall it was a great experience, with highlights from the exceptional staff & the entertainment options ( esp: the theater performances)

After being on 77 cruises.this is my second time on Celebrity. The service is good but all amenities are average and I hate that they charge for amenities that are free with other cruise lines. I didn't like that.
