Review summary

This cruise set the bar high for any future cruises we may take. The port of calls may be better but I don’t think the staff could be any better. Unlike my local area wait staff the staff on the boat were always smiling, friendly, courteous and appeared to enjoying their jobs.

All of the stage shows, musicians and others performers were well above my expectations. I really enjoyed the comedian.

I’ve never met a more courteous group of employees. Every employee I came in contact with would always offer a friendly greeting. The employees I had personal contact with remember my name and always greeted me with Mr. Frank and my wife with Ms. Donna. I just can’t say enough about them.

Ship Quality

All common areas were always clean and well maintained. Having knee issues I was unable to use the stairs so I exclusively used the elevators. Sometimes they were slow or full.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the cabin. Because of the weather we couldn’t spend my time on the balcony.

Ship tip

Our friends knew an off site parking area which made it easy getting to the boat and back off. The traffic getting to the boat was terrible. I was so glad I did not drive and not have to fine a parking place.

We did self service with our luggage. Once we were cleared to disembark it took us less than an hour to be on the road home.
