The service was exceptional & the dinning staff in the cosmopolitan catered to every need. The waiters Yoga and Eunice were wonderful.

Onboard Activities

Activities were good. The topics lined up for discussion on health and wellness were current and interesting. The staff seemed some what knowledgeable on the seminar topics but had a poor presentation, which resulted it being a waste of time. On the other activities it was engaging and fun.

Entertainment

the theater performances each night were great & they had a wonderful line up of shows perfect for both adults and kids.

Children's Programs

Kids club was good for the younger kids age 5-6 but for older kids (9-10 age group) it was filled with video games and not too many engaging activities. The space was limited for the younger age groups as well.

Service and Staff

The staff was great. they treated us like family, and looked into all the needs. Special thank you to our waiters Yoga and Eunice at the cosmopolitan restaurant and the Oceanview cafe. They were very personable chatting with the kids, remembering their names and checking on them, every time they saw us. Yoga and Eunice went out of the way to get things for us when one of the kids was feeling sea-sick. Our State room attendant Saehu was great and looked into everything ensuring that the rooms were clean and tidy.

it was a little bit confusing to get to certain places but everything was kept clean.

Ship tip

The celebrity app is constantly crashing, and not workign well. It didnt' update and the chat feature was not working well.
