As being a platinum I feel I am able to say with some experience that this was the worst NCL cruise to date for us.

You have a smoke issue outside the cigar lounge. It is so poorly ventilated that we couldn't eat at one of the restaurants. Your maintenance NEVER FIXED a banging we had in our room for three days and nights! You do not monitor your thermal spa. People are loud and boisterous. You pay good money for relaxation. Other ships have quiet signs.. not Breakaway!

Room attendant was AWESOME! BUT MAINTENANCE never died a banging noise that started Thursday and continued to end of trip! Day and night off and on. We went to relax...NOT RELAXING!
