Review summary

We have sailed many times with Carnival Cruise . Wanted to give celebrity a try but your cancellation policy/celebrity switched our excursion really put a bad taste in my mouth for our first cruise with celebrity

Unfortunately, celebrity cruise changed our morning excursion to an afternoon excursion. When we asked to cancel that we were told we need a 48 hour notice. That would be impossible since we were not even on the ship for 48 hours before our excursion. So we decided not to go because we had plans with other guest with us in celebrity cruise kept our money for the excursion with no other options available. Feel free to reach out to us and I can further discuss this matter.

Was there a reason they canceled the excision??? I had a similar experience happen when I said Oasis of the Seas in 2022 so just curious… our cancellation was due to weather that day which was out of our control and we couldn’t get a refund either…
