Review summary

We have sailed many times with Carnival Cruise . Wanted to give celebrity a try but your cancellation policy/celebrity switched our excursion really put a bad taste in my mouth for our first cruise with celebrity

Unfortunately, celebrity cruise changed our morning excursion to an afternoon excursion. When we asked to cancel that we were told we need a 48 hour notice. That would be impossible since we were not even on the ship for 48 hours before our excursion. So we decided not to go because we had plans with other guest with us in celebrity cruise kept our money for the excursion with no other options available. Very short Trip, but a lot of activites in Cozumel. The Jeep tour with caves and snorkeling was fun!
