We loved every minute of our cruise and would recommend it to people of all ages. It was our first time on Holland America and we'll definitely cruise with them again!

MDR and Lido need dramatic improvement. Gym is great. Room Stewards great. Bar Service mostly excellent. Furniture in suite is old and one should not be asked to sleep on springs. Embark and debark is top notch. Enjoyed Concierge and Tamarind. Entertainment was pretty good. Park Rangers were awesome. Breakfast in the Pinacle was terrific Would like more variety in the entertainment

Food was generally good but the desserts were tasteless. Staff were very nice, but staff on phones were difficult to understand, curt, and not helpful.

Satisfactory experience but not as outstanding as previous Celebrity cruises we have taken.

The main dining room waiter Rozario and Mark were so wonderful!

3rd cruise with Carnival and definitely our favorite. Experience was beyond my expectations. 3rd day home and missing the Carnival Legend like crazy.

Awesome ship, first time ever seeing a cruise line dispensing free upscale ice cream with multiple flavors for free in the Garden Café with your meals. Plus have multiple ice cream dispensing machines to satisfy any extra cravings. Extra charge I found on other lines. Meeting Wyland the artist (who's paintings are at the bow of the ship) by chance. He just happened to be on the ship. Coolest guy ever! Thanks for all you do to save the whales and make us aware of our environment.

This was a disappointing experience because of our many unpleasant interactions staff interactions across departments. We enjoyed Aqua class with access to the Persian Garden and the food and service at Blu.

Although we were looking forward to the Bliss, turns out they just put too many passengers on it for comfort or safety. The service in the dining rooms was consistently much much slower than we have ever had on any cruise before (10 or 11) and this was frustrating. Also, most public areas were just way too crowded and noisy to enjoy. The exercise room was overcrowded, with waits for the machines. Even the "library" had no comfortable chairs (it was combined with the game room -- bad idea.) They made a larger ship, but sacrificed passenger comfort in the process. And it was more expensive than other 7-day cruises that were more enjoyable -- so what's the upside?

We had a good time, good weather and made lots of good friends. I'd do this cruise again and would like to see other ports of call. However, upon arrival at home, my luggage was damaged beyond repair and this did not make we happy at all.!!!!!

This is a must do cruise for everyone of all ages. The Alaska Inside Passage was everything we had heard it would be and more!

After reading some negative reviews, I want to start off by saying those people must be incredibly fussy. We had a family adventure of 10 people of varying ages and everyone had an absolutely incredible time. Everything went smoothly, from the flight there to the flight home. The views were just awesome, and we were lucky with sunshine every day we were in Alaska. We enjoyed the food -- the specialty restaurants were delicious and the buffet was just what we needed as a family with 2 small children who were happy to have choices and eat quickly. The staff were friendly, the ship was clean, and we enjoyed all of the activities we took part in.

In the past we have thought Holland America to cater mainly to seniors. This trip that was not true. All ages were on board. Entertainment was geared to all ages. The food was the best.

We had an awesome time and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great trip, Alaska is amazing. Dining room times are an issue for breakfast and lunch, which caused most guest to go to the buffet. The buffet did not have enough seating to accommodate the large crowds. The buffet had the same items all of the time, no variety. The boat was beautiful but the furniture in the lounges and theatres are worn. Furniture needs replacing/updating. The Alaskan experience was wonderful.

We had an amazing time! 5 of our group of 10 were first time cruisers, everything went great! and we already have our Panama Canal trip planned for 2021! maybe we can squeeze another cruise in for next year.

I honestly didn't think i would love it as much as I did.. met the nicest family from s. Carolina...became instant friends.. I loved the cruise and was a most memorable vacation..

Visit Alaska, but maybe research the ship. I would go on a newer or refinished ship next time.

Ship was wonderful, food the best I have ever had, rooms nice for a ship. The Alaska cruise was so beautiful !!! While your sailing you see mountains on both sides of ship, see lots of whales, sea lions, and more it was just wonderful. The crew was so nice but the guest service desk was horrible no help at all they just read from a script. Didn't like the hidden cleaning cost of 15.00 per person each day !!!
