Review summary

Food was generally good but the desserts were tasteless. Staff were very nice, but staff on phones were difficult to understand, curt, and not helpful.

Only one heated pool and hot tub for families. Other family pool and hot tub were cool or cold.

I can't speak more highly about the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Staff on phone support for dining reservations were curt, rushed to get off the phone, had limited hours of availability and were nothing like the rest of the staff

I know I don't share the same views as a lot of people, but this was probably my least favorite ship in the Princess fleet. I will admit though it was new when I last sailed on her and maybe they were still working out the bugs. Either way it seems your vacation was enjoyed over all. Glad to hear you had fun.
