Service and Staff

Wish i could take everyone that waited/helped us home They all went above and beyond to be sure wre had anything and everything we needed! They made the trip that much greater Lloyd and his team for our staterooms IMade, Joseph, Juni, and the entire team for dinner knew what drinks everyone at our table wanted... they always were helpful and outgoing/friendly... they wanted to be there to help you enjoy the trip that much more!

Ship Quality

The casino has to be divided into two sections...smoking and non-smoking.. I didn't enjoy inhaling smoke... I'm proud to say im a nonsmoker... I hate being confined in an area where I can't breathe because of the thick smoke lingering in the air.. My husband and son were coughing so much. . we all couldn't use the casino as much as we wanted to..

Lloyd did a PHENOMENAL job....we had 2 cabins 6273 and 6259 I wish I had Lloyd at home Cleanliness above and beyond excellent... He was so nice/friendly/answered any questions we had about ports/passports if needed in Canada... Size was good...tough ti find room for empty luggage.. that's the only negative...we placed it under the bed...but thete was still 3 of us. .sow had a lot

Ship tip

Only go to the casino when the ship pulls out of port..otherwise its full of smoke. It should be broken into 2 sections..smoking and non smoking. it honestly hurt my throat and my husband and son came out coughing because of the amount of 2nd hand smoke they inhaled...I had a lot more money I was going to use in the casino...but couldn't stand the smoke... so I guess I came home ahead/winner..

More time is definitely needed..leaving by 1 was not enjoyable ..felt very rushed and there was so much more to see...it was probably the largest area of Alaska with the least amount of time

Victoria, British Columbia

Being there late at night.. 7:30-11:30...Was not necessary... We walked to town..it was pretty...but a 2 mile walk each way late at night.. I'd rather have had that time in Alaska Was faced with racoon that is bigger then my dog

Disembarkation

Very smooth... my husband thought everything was taken care of...the van to the airport... but something went wrong and we had to fund our own transportation...our luggage was the only thing paid for... in the end..we made it there in time for our flight and all worked out...

They have to stop in a foreign country because of the way outdated Jones Act and other regulations. To spend the most time in Alaska they squeeze in a quick stop in Canada before returning to an American port.
