Wounderful trip, ship is beautiful, Only issues we had was the hidden cleaning cost was 15.00 person per day just to clean your room !!! The Guest Service desk is worthless dont know why there even there. Everyone else on the ship was wounderful

Review summary

Ship was wonderful, food the best I have ever had, rooms nice for a ship. The Alaska cruise was so beautiful !!! While your sailing you see mountains on both sides of ship, see lots of whales, sea lions, and more it was just wonderful. The crew was so nice but the guest service desk was horrible no help at all they just read from a script. Didn't like the hidden cleaning cost of 15.00 per person each day !!!

WE knew about the$15.00 /day cost because it is on the contract. It is not just for the room steward it is split between the steward, all your servers on the boat, the hosts and hostesses at the restaurants, etc...

It's suppose to be divided equally among the cabin stewards, wait staff and and bartenders, but I'm pretty sure it goes straight into Del Rio's pockets.
