Pisa and Lucca were great. Our local tour guide in Pisa however was terrible, but the tour guide for Lucca made up for it.

Florence is a "must see". Even in the pouring rain, this city was a gem of culture and uniqueness.

I took the Beautiful Tuscany tour and wasn't disappointed at all. The scenery is breathtaking. My only compaint is that we didn't have enough time in either Sam Gemiganao or Volterra

A significant amount of driving but it is worth it to go from Pisa to Florence all in a day.
