Review summary

Just returned from an incredible 12 days. The staff could not do enough for us.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The convenience and service were excellent. I feel the quality of the food has gone down over the years but then I didn't gain as much weight!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Excellent variety of entertainment.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Every staff member we encountered was always smiling and gracious. Can not praise them enough!

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Thought the ship looked slightly worn but yet clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Space on these ships always feels tight at first but then we adjust.

Ports of call

Santorini, Greece

5 out of 5
The scenery was everything we expected. Could have done without the wine tasting stop. Didn't need the excursion for this one.

Naples, Italy

5 out of 5
Touring the Amalfi Coast was spectacular. There aren't enough words to describe. The bus tour was excellent
Don't Miss: Amalfi coast

Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

5 out of 5
The ruins of Ephesus are amazing. The beach at Kusadasi was very pretty
Don't Miss: Ephesus

Villefranche-Sur-Mer, France

5 out of 5
We took a 10 minute train ride to Monte Carlo. Just incredible. It was nice to do this one without a planned tour.
Don't Miss: All of Monte Carlo was just beautiful. Just nice to walk it.

Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

5 out of 5
We took a 3 hour tour. Was not enough time.

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

1 out of 5
Didn't care for this stop. Athens is very dirty. After seeing Ephesus I wasn't impressed with the Acropolis.

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

3 out of 5
Opted for a city tour but spent most of the time in traffic. Audio headset didn't work well. Should have spent more time at Colisseum.

Pros: the ports

Cons: emphasis on shopping whether onboard or at port
